Captain D's — Restaurant in White House

I always eat here at least once a week there is always a technical issue wrong side or fish or wrong plate well today I again received wrong side for my order and no vinagar or tartar for my plate so i called the manager acted as if it was my fault and told me I wasn’t getting a refund so I told him I was on my way and hung up as he didn’t carry himself to be responsible for them kids in there or care about my money I spent on my food. Now I’m 15 miles into my trip for dinner again and have my refund as his attitude changed in person the guy needs to know to when u have kids and or training or not how to talk on the phone because I understand mistakes happen but if u have that collar shirt or button up on and ur the manager and you want to talk crazy the right person will call ur bluff. I however am the right person I didn’t get out of character because I understand mistakes happen and there’s kids in this store the guy shouldn’t be taking calls or even a manager if he isn’t going to present himself as such. Now had it been all adults in there and he tried that wen I got there I wouldn’t stepped out of my own character after the way he was on the phone.If you have a kid that works at this store make sure they are keeping the manager in check as he is responsible for them. People are crazy especially over there money even more so over there food and time the so don’t act crazy on the phone with folks not everybody wants a free meal . 10 miles there ten back and I got subway but wanted captain Ds...

I ordered from this White House Tn Captain D's on 5/29/2022 at approx 6pm. I ordered 2 senior 2 piece battered dipped fish dinners. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed when I was handed my bag of food.. for one, both styrofoam containers were tipped on their side which caused ALL the liquid from the cole slaw and green beans to run out of the container and all the food to mix completely together in a pile and all the liquid dripped out of the bottom of the bag onto my leather car seat as my daughter held the bag and it soaked her pants. Then the young dark haird guy asked if we want sauces, I replied yes and lo and behold when we got home no sauce. The quantity of cole slaw and green beans was about a tablespoon each, uncalled for! This Cap D's has always, since I've lived here has had great tasting fish but on this order THIS FISH TASTED ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! SOMETHING HAS CHANGED WITH YOUR FISH QUALITY, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !! THIS IS MY LAST TIME EVER EATING FOOD...

We enjoyed our dinner at the White House Captain D's on Wednesday night. I got one of my favorites (the senior grilled Tilapia) with green beans and broccoli and my husband got the lobster rolls with french fries meal. The crew that was there (McKenzie, Paul, and Gracie) did a great job of taking our order, preparing our food, and providing us with a tasty meal that was also satisfying! They all worked efficiently, had pleasant personalities, and maintained great attitudes. They consistently greet us with smiling faces and make us feel welcomed whenever we visit. Although Ms. Joyce and Brianna weren't there during our visit, they too take great care of us and consistently represent Captain D's in a positive light. Y'all are lucky to have the team of workers that work hard and provide many folks with a very pleasant dining experience. Keep up the good work, and thanks for making us smile! ...
