This Domino's used to be good, that has changed drastically, I have been ordering from the White House, Tennessee store, since they opened, I have spent hundreds if not thousands, there I've bought as many as 20 pizzas at a time for my youth group at church several times. If you were to look at my domino's account, you'd see 8-10 different addresses in 3 different states because I send pizzas to friends and family. I've been quite loyal for several years but loyalty means nothing to them, if it did management would train these people to do things the right way. They have chosen not to. Apparently they just chose not to train the staff very well, because they never have an answer to your questions, they still don't cut the pizza the way you ask. Even when you check the appropriate box on the website.
In spite of all this, we still continued to order our pizza from dominos, until now, tonight, as usual we ordered pizza, and sure enough it was wrong! This time, again I told the girl Mandy, she'd have to take it back. After 12 years of this, not one delivery person was ever rude or disrespectful, until tonight. When I told her it had to take it back, she yelled why does it have to go back? what's wrong with it. Then she says, I'm not responsible for your pizza, you don't need to talk to me like that. (I hadn't raised my voice at all at this point) she continued on ranting "I have a much better job than this and I don't need this from a customer," By this time I was getting upset, I am a 68 year old retired pastor/Veteran I certainly don't need to be talked to like that, by a 20 something girl, that clearly has never been taught any manners what so ever. I have never asked or demanded that someone loose their job prior to this, however I will this time, because she was so professionally rude, I don't mean she was nice about it, I mean she was so very good at being rude and disrespectful, it was clear that she was quite used to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy review gets a star solely for the employeesš Erin is amazing! Jason is amazing! The pizza was amazing because I built my own recipe and they catered! You can do that anywhere. However, Think twice before supporting this greedy $64.39M company. I placed an online order without option to add parmesan cheese or red pepper packets. I called them and they were happy to add it on to my order. The cost was over $4. I paid a delivery charge plus a tip. Now, the condiments are more than twice the charge as the āgreat valueā brand full size containers. Not only did I pay for the condiments that used to be included, now Iām forced to advertise as they labeled them with their brand name. This will be my very last time ordering from Dominos. FYI, Sicilian Pizza is open 24/7 and you can have them delivered a lot cheaper through any delivery service. Dominos is old school and basic. Spend your money wisely. You work hard for your money. Go authentic...
