Have been coming here for years. But had a very poor poor experience tonight. My dinner came out prepared incorrectly ( had mushrooms when I asked for none) Told our waiter /bar tender and he said he would talk to the chef and have another one expedited. It never came out!! my husband had finished his meal(told him to eat it while it was still hot). Then, I called our waiter and asked him for a box for my husband’s leftovers and my meal to go in a box. Then we waited some more. Next. I went up to the hostess station to complain and let them know I never got my meal. The manager came over our table a few minutes later and I explained what happened to her too and since my husbands meal was boxed up at this point and mine still wasn’t there I told her I didn’t want the meal any longer. She said okay that she would cancel it and walked away. She didn’t apologize or seem to even care about what happened. So… no dinner for me. Then, the Waiter came back a few minutes later and dropped the check on the table and said you can pay it through the phone app/scan code and walked away. So I went to ask another waitress to ring me out because I didn’t want to deal with him and his attitude and I didn’t want to pay on my phone. She said she had to get the manager to come over since it wasn’t her customer. The manager came and while ringing me out basically said I was rude, called me a liar, said I had an attitude, and that she was going to comp my meal but didn’t because I had an attitude. I let her know she should have said that when she came to the table and that she doesn’t seem to care that her customers had a poor experience and I walked away get my husband to take care of the bill. She told my husband I was rude and that my second meal never came out because other carry out orders came in before my remake order was put in. He responded by saying so your more concerned about completing carry out orders than providing satisfactory service to customers that have come into your brick and mortar store to enjoy a meal and patronize your business. She then said he was putting words into her mouth and being rude. He handed her the credit card, said take care of this I don’t want to talk about this anymore. She said he was blaming her for the issue and threatened to call the police!!! .He said go ahead I don’t give a sh#t. He paid the bill, told her we would being calling corporate and that we will not be back. The chicken lettuce wrap appetizer my husband and I shared and his meal were good that’s about all we can say. PS…still left a tip but not...
Read moreI would love to give this location zero stars after my experience today but I guess one star will suffice. Let me preface by saying I have dined at this location several times. More times than I can count so I am highly disappointed and will not be returning. My husband and 11 month old had a reservation to dine here for Mother's Day. We arrived on time for our reservation and was sat down at a booth. We requested a highchair and was told the restaurant does not seat high chairs at booths. We then asked to be moved so that we can have our baby seated in a highchair. We're moved to a tiny corner at the end of the restaurant by the kitchen. The area was full of traffic (kitchen door, servers, etc.), not suitable for a baby to be seated there, and presented a potential safety hazard and the chairs were dirty. We then asked to be moved again (second attempt at being seated). At this point we asked to speak to the manager.
A very kind waitress came over and asked us if we needed help, another kind man who worked there also came over to us to assist. They pretty much already knew what the issue was before having to explain. They were very sincere and customer service oriented and found us a table. As we were waiting for the table to be cleaned off. The hostess comes all the way from the front of the restaurant seemingly agitated and tell us we are being moved. I then tell her we have a table that is being cleaned off. She then replies in an unprofessional combative manner and proceeds to tell me I requested a booth when making my reservation. This information was not correct. I then asked to speak with the manager again for the second time.
A manager by the name of Brandon approaches and you could tell he didn't want to be bothered with it as well. He did absolutely nothing to accommodate us for the unprofessional hostess and all the inconveniences especially with it being Mother's Day. This was my first Mother's Day and I was really looking forward to celebrating here. The manager could have at least offered us some sort of resolution to rectify. We finally get a clean table (third and final attempt) and order. The waitress was great and a man by the name of Robbie was great. OTHERWISE, I would not recommend this restaurant for young children. Lastly, the food quality today was low, food was greasy and...
Read moreMy partner and I went into P.F. Chang’s this Friday around 2:45pm and I have to say we had a blastttt. We came in with intentions to splurge and just enjoy the vibes and I have to say, we did just that and the team made the experience so much better.
We ate the following from the Lunch Menu: (Be mindful - the lunch menu ends at 3pm but we definitely thought the portions were really good for 2 people and we could’ve ordered a lot less than we did lol) Honey Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Honey Shrimp with lo mein (upgrade) Sesame Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice (upgrade) Pork egg rolls Spring rolls Crab wontons Multiples of the Tropical Tiki (happy hour menu) Tokyo Mule (from the main menu) Lychee Cosmo (seasonal menu) Jade Mojiti (seasonal menu)
Our server Costa was absolutely amazing. Costa was extremely attentive and made sure we were good at all times. Got our drinks out fast and was super knowledgeable of the menu (and the sauces - our favorite).
We met the chef (I believe his name started with a J, but I can’t remember his full name right now) and he has brought some of the seasonal options to the menu and you can tell he’s knowledgeable about the flavors and so proud of his work (HE SHOULD BE).
The managers Kevin and Tammy were so sweet and came by and brought us the Flaming Filet Wontons to try!! We remember Kevin from the Towson location so it was super nice to see him again and Tammy was just so sweet and a hoot!
We also met the bartender who was POURING those drinks okayyyy. He made sure they weren’t watered down and the drinks were so beautiful and dressed with care.
I have to say this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at P.F. Chang’s and we will 100% be back to the White Marsh location.
We were so in the moment that we only got one picture of the food and that was the flaming filet wontons and me getting excited about the Tropical Tiki lol. Next time, we’ll get on our zoom!!! Phones out! Flash on!
Thank y’all for this amazing time. See you...
