The customer service was great. My wife ordered food and said that the girl who helped her did an awesomely good job was very polite helped her with the menu items explained them very well and even told her about unseen perks that were on the menu however I cannot get five stars due to the fact that the men's bathroom unfortunately was not just out of toilet paper and out of paper towel but it was incompletely horrendous disarray there was urine on the floors it looked like it had been splashed off of the Walls by the toilet area in the stall there was remnants of toilet paper scattered all over the floors there was garbage overflowing in the can next to the toilet in the stall and there was a shoot up that said staff members were checking the bathroom regularly particularly every 30 minutes I was in the restroom for roughly 15 to 20 minutes myself using it and cleaning up the area that I had to use before using it and a staff member did not come in there not even one time now I do understand that they only have two spot check the bathroom every 30 minutes however I find it very hard to believe that I walked in at the exact moment after somebody else walked out and had just used up the rest of the toilet paper the paper towel and had urinated all over the walls and floors and left a complete mess in that bathroom and I was out in my vehicle for about 10 minutes before entering the restaurant.prior to getting food my wife was in the restaurant for those 10 minutes that I was out in the vehicle and said that there was pretty much nobody in the restaurant whatsoever other than herself prior to me coming in there so unless it was a staff member themselves that had done this to the bathroom nobody was checking it as regularly as it was signed for. I realize that places get busy especially fast food however if I were a manager I would deem this unacceptable completely and utterly unacceptable the restroom is a place that should be as clean and sanitary as possible at all times as it is inside of a restaurant where food is prepared and eaten. Other than that it was except my wife was giving great customer service as I was myself other people that had come in while we were eating what I felt was wonderful customer service. Also, they had specialized, custom made burgers that were followed down to the lettTr and I even heard one of the kids say "Daddy this food is really good" JUST work on the cleanliness issues in the restroom'-- everywhere else in the restaurant was clean. First let’s start with the attitudes from almost every single employee there, and I’ve met most of them all already, extremely poor attitude Every. Single. Time! They never once asked anything from the drive through speakers they let the auto message greet you, you can sit there for 10-15 mins and they don’t even care unless you ask for them through the speaker to even start an order. They are always extremely rude like they hate being there, and it shows greatly that they are only there for clock in and out. Every time I pull through someone’s just sitting in their phone not giving a care in the world what’s going on around them. Always rude and dismissive through the drive through handoffs. Several times they would not even tell me how much my order would cost, like it’s a problem. Just give me the money one of the gentlemen said to me before, like dude seriously? They treat anybody that is not African American poorly, I’ve seen it happen in front of me inside the store several times and it’s truly disgusting behavior. Now let’s move on to the food, it’s always extremely poor quality, I’ve had sandwiches lunch and breakfast that were literally dripping oil and grease from the packaging and soaked brown bags. Warm drinks, cold food, even had hair inside my food THREE TIMES. Always a problem to even get anything resolved there. Undercooked fries cold and unsalted, cold cheese and queso, I just don’t understand why nobody even cares to do their job correctly. It’s a surprise every time I go there nobody is line anymore, the franchisee and the management should be extremely concerned and embarrassed for the way they have the team and restaurant running. I ordered a medium fry, a small frosty and a cup of ice. This is a normal order for me so I know how much I usually pay for it. Today there was an additional charge for the cup of ice which I wasn’t advised of. When I got to the window I asked why my order was so much and the young guy at the window went to get another lady who had a mouth full of food and in a hair scarf. She asked if I wanted to take the ice off and I simply stated I get ice water all the time, I’ve never been charged for it. She immediately got a nasty attitude and said that they had been charging for ice water and she doesn’t know who gave it to me for free. I gave my card to pay for my food and drove off when they gave my card back. My fries were cold so I went back. I get there and ask for fresh fries and the same lady walks to the front of the store and proceeds to announce to the whole store that my card was declined anyway which no one told me before I pulled off.
