Ordered 4 chocolate cream donuts and a coffee with 2 cream/2 sugar in the app, and scheduled it for roughly the same amount of time it took to travel there.
Didn't think that was a very difficult order. Not sure what the deal was, but given the fact that we waited about 20 minutes for the 2 vehicles in front of us to get their orders, I can understand why we had issues with our order.
The coffee was correct, but when I opened the bag with the donuts, not only were the donuts the wrong ones, it didn't even have the correct number of donuts. It's not like the number 4 is a hard or high number to count. I could've overlooked the fact that they were the incorrect ones (because I understand that specific kinds run out), but when the screens and receipts clearly say 4 donuts and there's only 2 in the bag...I have an issue getting half the number I paid for.
So, I told the girl at the window that not only were they the wrong type of donuts, but that there were the wrong number of donuts as well. I told her the type of donuts I ordered and showed her on the receipt how many donuts I ordered. She got an attitude with me, snatched the bag out of my hand and walked away. A guy came to the window and asked us to move up to the "3rd window." I moved up. When the girl came back, she shoved a bag in my hands, didn't say a word to me....didn't apologize about the mix up or anything. Her body language told me she was annoyed and could care less that a mistake was made, no matter how small. I checked the new bag and they appeared to be the correct type and quantity.
So, we had a birthday party for our nephew and we were getting them to help tide us over, so we intended to eat them right away, but after 25 or so minutes waiting for the customers ahead of us, then dealing with the fact that our order was incorrect, we waited since we were going to be having some sort of food there. This morning we ate the donuts and the first one I ate wasn't filled with the amount of chocolate creme it should have had, but at least it has more that a drop...which is the amount of chocolate creme my second one had...just a drop, quite literally.
Very disappointed in the service...
Read moreWhere do I begin? Let’s start on the lack of customer service and the nasty mouths of the employees! Talking about, They’re about to walk out the store and they really don’t care, and they’re not coming back just unprofessional.
Second. Let’s talk about the little guy in there. I guess the manager! Telling me that getting out of a long line coming inside, to pick up my coffee messes up his numbers. That’s not my problem if I have somewhere to be, and you can’t keep your line moving that’s the issue for you.
You’re not gonna inconvenience a customer because of some number being messed up? I’ve been in there picking my stuff up when a line was long before and never been told that! And if it was an issue the way that you tell somebody, you need to fix your attitude! You sound very rude over the intercom!!!
And… Talk to your employees about their professionalism. The only ones that were professional was the one at the window and the two that were in the kitchen. The other ones upfront were very nasty get it together! Y’all clearly can’t work under pressure. It’s a Saturday morning!!! Wth do y’all think?? It’s not gonna be busy?? This ain’t y’all first...
Read moreI come here regularly, usually before work in the mornings, but came on Saturday morning and the staff seems like they would rather be anywhere else but here. Walked in and waited for a couple of minutes before someone came to take my order. Nobody greeted me when I came in or said “be with you in a minute.” When they came to take my order the girl just stared at me until I started ordering. They made the drink quickly but sat it on the counter and walked away. The food is usually good at this location, the drinks are hit or miss, and the restaurant is mostly clean, but the staff could do a little better with their customer service.
EDIT: I just went through the drive-thru for a hot latte and it was ice cold, so I’m emphasizing the “drinks are hit or miss” part of my...
