Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Whitehall

I do love the sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s EXPENSIVE THOUGH - but this location is terrible the managers and the employees are rude and ghetto. They hire minors who are so smug and know nothing about customer service. The store in Philadelphia was the BEST location I have been to but they switched to a business location unfortunately for us, and the management and employees were 100x more respectful and intelligent than these bums. I would never patronize this location just because of the employees and management are so nasty! The location is a great spot for them to make money but they surely don’t deserve the amount of tips they get from the way they treat people. There needs to be more stores opened in other locations because this one is the worst of the worst!!! The manager RayAnn is young and highly unintelligent about management and unprofessional to be directing other YOUNG employees aka KIDS Sad. Hire actual professional ADULTS and not children who want to act adult by cursing and yelling foul language when customers are there but only when they FINALLY acknowledge you because they ignore you once you walk in and gossip until they feel like taking your order They also get my delivery orders wrong every time and they are very simple - mikes way with mayo! If I could give 0 stars I would because I had the worst experience there on Friday, April 30th 2021. Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes, arrived about 30 minutes after placing my order and was told it was not ready but they were going to work on it immediately. Waited another 20 minutes when an employee asked what I was waiting for and I told him, he said we only had one ready but they did not have the other. At that point I said cancel my order and asked for a refund. When I approached the register the employee ignored me and waited there for another 10 minutes and I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and I explained to her that I placed an order and it was still not ready after almost an hour and they had told me that it was not going to take long because they were working on it. I asked for a refund and she replied rudely and said "give me a break I'm only human and you see how busy we are". She never apologized and I asked for her name and she said it was Kirsten and told her I was going to call corporate and she said go ahead with a very bad attitude. If I could give zero stars I would. Just stood in line at this establishment for over 12 mins. Absolutely worth the wait if their Philly Steak sandwiches are as good as others have stated BUT once we were able to place our orders we were told “can you just order something cold” - the girl continued stating “I don’t know where the rest of my staff is in the back there so I need to keep these guys (2) up here making cold subs” ? Let me just say over half their menu are grilled cheesesteak style hoagies. (Over half) so there wasn’t a ton to choose from to begin with. There were 3 additional employees in the back that we saw standing. She was unprofessional and didn’t care that we were the customers and had waited so long to order. We asked again, like what??? You’re not making any hot sandwiches? She said “no, we’re not, could you just order a cold sub?” We said no and left with a line of people behind us as well - I hope none of them were interested in having a cheesesteak. *Additionally there were no signs stating they were not making cheesesteak sandwiches.
