Pan's Seafood Market — Restaurant in Whitehall

We were recommended this place by friends when I said I was looking for seafood. We went in on a Sunday 1 1/2 hours before close. They were already mopping the floor & putting up the chairs for the 1 eat in table. It is set up like a regular chinese fish market in the front half & a small general store in the back. There's a few rows of chairs to sit & wait for your order. They were very busy but most people came in knowing what they wanted. I ended up getting the spicy seafood boil & my husband got a fried seafood special. & an order of crab rangoons. Our order was done fairly quickly, especially considering the volume of people. They packaged the food very well so our food stayed warm from Whitehall to Breinigsville (roughly 16 minutes away) My husband said the rangoons were pretty good but not his favorite. He really enjoyed his fried seafood special. I ordered my spicy boil without rice because I wasn't super hungry & I'd save my husband a few bucks. They just however gave me extra broccoli & potato to compensate so they could charge the same price. The shrimp & crab legs were good, though I wish there was more. The "lobster tail" is advertised as 1 single tail. What I got was 3 tails that probably came from large crawfish not small lobsters. Unless they illegally serve baby lobsters. I like crawfish, so I didn't mind, & the spicy sauce was delicious, but I was a little annoyed. Overall we enjoyed our meal & will be back to try other things...

He made my crab legs extra salty and said he didn’t use season any cook knows if you throw fresh crab legs in a pot of water with no season it will be fresh I explained to him I was pregnant and that was way to much salt that I wanted a refund. He didn’t want to give me my money back. Food is not clean they don’t wash their hands after touching money and different foods. Would recommend another seafood place bad customer service. The customers are always right !!!

UPDATE ATE THERE AGAIN TODAY ORDERED K3 with lobster I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR A OVERCOOKED LOBSTER I COULDNT...

Everytime I go to this store they short me and over charge me. He will not weight the food properly. This is my 5th time going through this here so I'll never go back. I shop here 2-3 times a week. not only that but today he wears his gloves out the bathroom and go back to the kitchen to cook. Then when I ask his wife about weighing the food properly she gets rude and nasty. Needless to say I left the food...
