Taco Bell — Restaurant in Whitehall

The people working the night shift need re-training because the woman working there tonight at 10:45pm 2/5/2025 Wednesday with the bad red hair dye and split ends is very rude how she be talking to customers, if you are not in the mood to do your job stay your miserable self home, treating customers with attitude instead of being helpful like you should. I had made an mobile order in the app and it said to go to the window and say your name so I did and she was on the drive through speaker and she didn't understand what I said twice, so she gets someone else to ask me to speak louder when I was already speaking loud because I can hear my voice in their speaker and so was the person who was with me because she mentioned that you could hear my voice so I sait it again this time same tone but slower and they have said to pull forward. I did and when I get to the window I thought I had to pay then and there because the app said to say your name but it didnt let me make a payment and I guess it didn't go through or it was refreshing or something I am not even sure what happened they, her, her co-worker and her boss if that even was the person in charge told me to wait in the window that they would bring it to the front, because there were two cars behind me I went to the front but I was confused whether they got the order or not I went back to the window because there was no line and I wanted to make sure the order went through, I go there and I ask if the order went through and this red haired thing said you have to go to the front we have a timer! All mad and very weird ... That was weird. I said I just want to wait here and you didn't even tell me if you got the order or not she continues to freak out to saying go to the window etc. with an attitude and not explaining if she the order or not. To avoid violence I went to the window then her boss is outside smoking and she call me to the window to give me the food and because she had an attitude when she was handing me the soda in a bad way she lets the lid of one of the drink fall of and passes me the food and gets the lid puts it on the cup and handles it to me with attitude and slams the window. She is clearly very unhappy with her job and her people skills suck. I don't even trust the food she gave me and the customer service is non existent at Taco Bell MacArthur road. I hope they replace this night crew soon. I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I got that kind of treatment/ service You all got to do better and leave your problems at home when you are at your job so disappointing to come across so unhappy and miserable people...

This is the best taco bell in a 25 mile radius of my home. I have gone to the lehighton and walnutport location. Both locations i've had my orders severely messed up if I decide to do anything special on them or I would get a crabby rude person taking my order. These issues I've had at these locations were always reported right away. It was handled professionally frequently at the walnutport location, which I appreciate. The lehighton location has been like a roulette. There are times that it is handled accordingly depending on the manager on staff. But the last 2 occasions I have gone there and had an issue, I got a really "I don't care" attitude from the on duty manager. So, I just avoid these two locations as much as possible. I use to reside near the whitehall area and went to this specific TB alot. The manager Shawna, and her team are fantastic. They work very hard, their ingredients are always so fresh, and if there is any issue at all they will get it fixed immediately. If the manager herself isn't able to assist at the moment, rest assured her team comes through. You are always well taken care of. They care about their job and you can tell. Very meticulous, professional, friendly and hardworking crew. I love coming to this location when I get in the area. They are the best. I have come at different times of the day and I am never disappointed. This location works very hard for their team to provide the best service always. Thank you so much for your hard work....

there’s absolute no way that i’ll be getting taco bell again. my little sister, my friend, and i were all running back and forth into the bathroom and that all happened AFTER we ate taco bell. my friend used to work at this taco bell place and she did tell me that the way the food was prepared wasn’t really in a neat way but we all agree that the food taste delicious so we chose to get taco bell again (same thing happened couple years ago when i got taco bell for the last time until today) food was delicious but the way how we all have to run to the bathroom sit on the toilet camping is ridiculous. my friend had a bigger reaction she was in the ER throwing up and having difficulty breathing and after she did the ekg and iv the doctor came out with a result of “stomachache” and questioned her about what she ate and ofc that is taco bell! it is currently 1:53am and im still running the bathroom this is the 5th time after i ate it. my sister was having stomach pain and diarrhea. at first i thought maybe its just me but the way how all 3 of us had the same symptoms after eating taco bell is just ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
