CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING !! I called in and order at 5:30 AM, she said it would be 15 minutes, I was on my way to work, and stopped by the Drive Thru, waited 10 minutes nobody came to the window, but all I heard was loud music. I had to go and park, walk inside and they finally started cooking my 2 breakfast burritos. I also paid for cheese on it $1.25 and I wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. I told the girl "please don't forget the cheese", that was another reason for walking into the store from the Drive Thru was to make sure they put cheese on it. The girl re-assured me that she told the cook, The cook has an attitude and started slamming things around, I believed them that the order was complete, however when I opened up the burrito after arriving at work, there was no cheese on it. It tasted terrible with no flavor, I had to put my own sauce and cheese on it. I call them back and she asked the cook, all I could hear in the background was loud music and yelling she said " I am sorry there is nothing we can do" She did offer to make the burrito again but it wouldn't be until tomorrow same time. Read moreI have been to several Roberto's and have never been treated with the disrespect that I have at this location. The night before, me and my family ordered food and the wait was longer than usual. We got home and our order was incorrect. I called and asked to speak with the manager respectfully, the lady from drive through said, manager was not in at the time and she does not know who the manager was. I found that to be strange, you work for a company and you don't know who the manager or owner is ? Something is wrong there, I told her my order was incorrect and she told me that I could come in the next morning and receive a refund. I went to the same location the next morning and was told the same lie. I was on my lunch break and had to wait 15 mins for them to call the manager/ owner because they kept telling me that I had to get the problem resolved through the lady from the drive through from the previous night. Finally after 20 mins they remade my order, but the guy remaking my order started slamming our food on the counter as though he was angry. I am an African American woman and I don't think I deserve special treatment, I just wanted the same respect that I was giving. Read moreMy visit to Roberto's was today on Taco Wednesday when they serve chicken tacos for just over a dollar each. I honestly didn't expect tacos to be so large and packed with chicken meat and cheese and lettuce, I mean they were seriously huge especially for the price! The tacos weren't just large they were the tastiest tacos I've had since I left California. The employees here are awesome. The restaurant could have been cleaner but considering how extremely busy they were on this special taco day it wasn't anything to call Darcy Spears about (grin). I don't know how much the sides normally run but today my little 4 oz container of pico de gallo was $2.75! My friend's side of beans which look to be about 8 oz or so was $3. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the price of my little cup of pico de gallo... All in all my first visit to Roberto's was a pleasure and I'll definitely be back...i just won't order a side of pico de gallo even if it's not available on the salsa bar.
