i got an iced brown sugar boba matcha latte w oatmilk and an oreo croffle. the matcha latte looked like swamp water?? and tasted like it as well. super disappointed in the first sip and i took another hoping it would taste better. i was mistaken. i contemplated asking for a different drink or a refund and i asked them to remake it without the boba hoping it would taste better. and when i asked them to remake it the girl was incredibly rude ! immediately snapping back and rolling her eyes. they remade it with boba even after asking them not to and the remake was dismal. the matcha was incredibly watered down and tasted as if it had been left out for hours. i ended up throwing the matcha out cuz it was genuinely not good :( the croffle was super oily and the oreo was cotton candy flavored?? which was a gross surprise. i wouldn't recommend this place at all and can only hope their other menu items are better. weird vibes rude staff. try another local shop instead 🐚🫧 there's also a $.25 charge for take out 😭😭 which i found crazyyyy, they held us hostage in...

I been to this place about 6 times since they opened. Have always gotten great service provided by a taller gentleman and Jamba. I go today Soamia has bad customer service. Bad attitude. If I hadn't gotten bad service today, I would rated 5 stars. If I was the owner I would immediately eliminate the issue (Soamai). Jamba keep doing what your doing and don't let Soamai rub off on you. I have been going here since they opened (literally) and this is the only boba place I like. I will drive from wherever I am to go here because it is that good.
