I don't know how they are still doing in business ! We walked in and it wasn't busy. We got seated and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. I asked a server if anyone was going to help us, he said they are going in order...ok, so then he goes over to a table of people who got there 10 minutes after us and starts taking their drink order. I flagged him down and informed him that we got there before those other people, and this kid with a mullet snapped on me, stated yelling and saying he didn't have any help. I tried to de-escalate by saying; " it's ok I understand and that management needed to step up.." No managers in sight. We finally ordered drinks and food at the same time, I waited 25 minutes for a draft beer, they never brought my wife's mixed drink, I then told the bad attitude mullet guy about it and he ignored me, so I told the bar-back, she was nice and brought it out, almost 40 minutes after wife order it. Waited on food for almost an hour, and again it wasn't busy..., when the food arrived they got 2 out of the 3 orders wrong, they corrected 1 of the plates in 15 minutes, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food that they screwed up. I looked around and seen we weren't the only upset customers, finally they brought out my "correct " order" but it still wasn't right....I was starving so I just ate it...there is zero leadership here.... The staff is rude and undertrained...We are locals here in Whittier, and I'm sad to say we will never be back to this location!!!! AVOID if you appreciate...
Read moreThis place has really gone down. Quality of food and service is not the same. Table after table left dirty. The outside patio tables were stacked with dirty dishes. That should have been my red flag to leave. Even the guy that came in after me, said "man what happened" "Are they short staffed"? "It so dirty outside" My husband said that the restrooms were disgusting. There was no hostess at the door. Waited about 10 mins until someone came up and it was a guy in plain clothes, did not look like he wanted to be there. We waited 20 minutes and there were tons of booths open. If you wanted a table in the bar area, you were seated quicker although again tons of booths open. The food was ok. I ordered a side garden salad, it was served on a hot plate. My plate was warm, so my Salad was warm and got soggy. I couldn't even finish it. We ordered the queso/chili dip. And usually I thought would come in a dish with chips. That you could scoop up the cheese with. We were served in what looked like a child's bww cup with some chips around it on a tray. The wings I thought were ok, my husband said they were hard and tasted frozen not fresh. Carrots have been switched from fresh cut to hard baby carrots that were hard we couldn't even eat. Our bill was $60 dollars. Crazy. w/o drinks. Maybe they were short staffed idk but definitely not a great experience. Our waitress was nice and did come back to check on us. She was the only good experience at...
Read moreEver been to Chuck E Cheese? Well, thats pretty much what this place is. A restaurant employed by nothing but teenagers who couldnt really care at the end of the day how your service is or nor how annoying loud the place is. Ive been here a few times since the opening and unfortunately I havent been back since then. The food is good, of course the wings is what they are known for, but the service isnt. Prolly by far one of the worse ive seen. Does the management even read the reviews of this place? Ive spoken to the manager a couple times and talked about beer (which apparently hes a beer fanatic) and yet still ive not seen a new updated rotation of beers still to this date.
But again, lets emphasize on service...its full of kids..and I mean underage kids who just joke around, hide in their football themed booths and gossip away about school and drama. If thats not going on, they are too busy flirting with steroid injected security that doesnt patrol anything but the bathrooms and the girls in the place.
The noise is so loud from the amount of music and mostly sports games on all the 300 tvs they have, its almost to impossible to have a normal conversation with anyone you're with.
I cant believe how badly I wanted a BWW closer to Whittier and at this point, I wish Nickel Nickle arcade was still in business and this place was never built. Guess im walking down to...
