I ordered my food for pick up 7-3-20 at 6:11pm lady told me it would be ready in 30minutes its 7:04pm and no food and they said I'm 3rd on the cook line at 7:00pm really if they can handle the demand they should close down or give a better estimate on when the food will be ready dont lie now shes telling us no refried bean are left only pinto beans well I guess I will take that . Terrible service and terrible management there excuse is that their backup how theres hardly anybody eating in. They should get more cooks more waitresses or just shutdown the doors. Terrible place cant even give you a food review yet because in 2 minutes it will be exactly 1 hour and I havent received my food. Finally got my food at 7:35pm and I'm not going to lie it was great not going to change the rating but my family love the food it was so tasty and good. Hooe they get their act...

The atmosphere is cute. The servers were not as interested in helping. After we sat down we had to ask for extra water , napkins and utensils. The food wasn’t as good. The chile con carne had no chili or flavor. The mix plate fajitas. The beef was not tender. I’ve had bigger servings for party of two to share the fajitas. The rice doesn’t taste like authentic Mexican. The shrimp had good flavor they only being out three tortillas and if you ask for extra they charge for three more. How does that make sense when you’ve got two people sharing the plate ? We should have read the reviews before trying this place out. I’ve been to the one in Long Beach is better. My wife and I had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner at Super Mex! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The service was outstanding—our server, Bobbie, was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was perfect.

The food was delicious, and to top it off, we were given complimentary champagne to celebrate the occasion. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the night even more special. The atmosphere was lively, and the entire team made us feel truly valued as guests.
