The Coby Madison family and their service is a gem on it's own. The selection of jewelry they have are so breathtakingly beautiful and they offer so many different services like ear piercing, jewelry repair, resizing, and restoration. Truthfully, I hadn't bought anything on my first (and I say first because I will be back) visit there, but I definitely will be back for a necklace and/or a pair of earrings I saw. The reason for my visit was because I had a necklace that broke at work and couldn't find a place that would repair it as it wasn't purchased there (the necklace was a gift, I don't know where it's from), but they do! James took a look at my necklace and gave me a rough estimate, but also asked if I wanted to repair the few little bumps along the chain and I told him I just wanted to be able to wear it again and said it'd be no issue at all. Gave me a timeline, and it was ready sooner than expected at the exact price we talked about. When I came in to pick it up again, him and the rest of the Coby Madison family remembered me and greeted me. There were a few people though and so while I waited for my turn to be helped I was able to look at all of the selection and as I said, there is a necklace and pair of earrings I definitely have my eyes on. When it was my turn the necklace was beautifully fixed, I put it on right away and I was very happy with it. Service was okay , the younger girl was really strange. Debbie didn’t even know they carried nose rings and tried to tell me they didn’t have something that I was just looking at. The younger girl almost didn’t want to give me my nose ring after Debbie rung me up. She was thinking I had already had the nose ring. And was just being strange as if I was lying about already receiving the product. Wasn’t helpful at all. So I asked for an alcohol pad to put on the nose ring that I just paid $50 for and she said they’re in the front like girl . You aren’t even doing anything you can’t get me an alcohol pad to clean the nose ring. The lack of communication amongst the staff was a little frustrating. The worst part ! I was sold something I believe to be fake gold. I haven’t been able to get it tested but I had the worst reaction to the “gold”. Debbie and Company at Coby Madison took such great care of me and my fiancé leading up to the engagement and also for the wedding. I knew for years that when the time came to have a personal and specialized ring made for the occasion that there was nowhere else I would go. The way we went about this was I had actually saved a note with all of the specifications my fiancé would want one day, and I shared it with Debbie who knew just what to do. My now wife loves her ring more than I could have imagined and the compliments she received on it make her feel so proud. Debbie also helped us with our wedding bands and came up with a beautiful rose gold set that fit exactly what we were looking for.
