I gave this place one stars because customer service is very important for any business with that comes accountability. I pawned a music keyboard with the case I unzipped the case for the guy to check it he checked and zipped it back up. I picked my keyboard up to find the zipper completely broken off the employee was acting completely oblivious and the manager literally said to me I don't how it would be our fault. He claim he offered me a solution which he didn't his employee said they can call me if they get a carry bag the same size. It's very low, disgusting and typical that they would take no accountability and then down play the situation saying it's not a big deal because they get cases all the time..Not the point! No one attempted to apologize for the fact that the item was broken while in their possession or for the inconvenience that I have to wait for whenever they may get a suitable case they just kept denying it. At first I honestly thought the employee was a cool dude but nope, no integrity...Eeeww literally disgusted by the whole experience.

This response is bogus, no one at the business cared if I had a "less than stellar experience" while in person an apology was in order. Yes you can confirm the damage happened while in your possession because you have cameras to prove your employee unzipped and (re)zipped the case before taking it to the back, the zipper was not broken. I told him it was fine, but the manager's "what are you expecting to happen"...

I have been coming here for many, many years and I do really like the place but they are always closing early without notice. Many times I have driven over here during normal, posted business hrs to make a pmt or to pay off and pick up my items only to have to turn around and go home and have to take time out of another day to rush over after work and spend more money on gas and repeating the wear and tear on my car tires and suspension ( crappy ass streets in whittier) etc all the while hoping they will be open like they are supposed to. If I had the money and time to waste like that then I wouldn't be needing to get a loan here. So once again I look up the sight on Google and check the hours ....9:30- 7:00pm OK great I get off work at six I can go pay for my loan and retrieve my belongings with time to spare...Awesome! At least thats what I thought..... Arrived @ 6:32 .... CLOSED! AGAIN? REALLY? GREAT F-ING GREAT Hopefully I can get back to pick up my items when they are open and before the cost of getting them back before the date when the cost goes up more due to interest AND TIME! It's not like they give credits or discounts on loans so no big deal.... BECAUSE THEY DONT! Nor do they reverse any fees...

Came in today to try and get a loan on a collection of highly collectable pokemon games. I called ahead of my visit, as it was a 45 minute drive to the location. They assured me they would take a look at them and would price them accordingly. However, when I arrived I was confronted by a man behind the counter. He seemed very uninterested when I told him what I was there for. He immediately told me he didnt want any of it and didnt even take a single look at what I had. Ive received multiply offers for over 500$ to purchase my collection. However, I wasn't looking to sell, just to receive a simple loan. I told the person behind the counter that I called before hand and he said he didnt know why they would say they would look at them. That hes been in the business long enough to know better. Avoid this place if you don't want to deal with rude, unhelpful staff. Who could careless if they...
