I went here every day I was in Newport Beach, I was in search of a healthy & tasty smoothie, and I found the smoothie I was searching for here!
After looking at the menus of smoothie and juice bars in the Newport Beach area, this one had the best options and price!
Their cup size options are bigger than normal, or other juice bars.
A large is huge about the size of a big gulp cup but thicker, at about $11.
It filled me up & kept me satisfied from morning till dinner time, I didn't crave a large or filling dinner.
MY ORDER:
My Go-To Smoothie is the Glow Green! It includes greens like spinach, kale, ginger, lemon, pineapple and pear -- this is what I usually put into my smoothies.
ONOLISCIOUS!
Also got the Purple Haze which is another go-to smoothie too. And the ginger shot which is onoliscious too.
I asked for no agave which is included in the smoothies, and it had the right amount of sweetness for me. Delish!
GREAT SERVICE: the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
LOCATION: A short walk from the beach, perfect location.
Great interior design, & graphic design and clean bathroom.
Good point system but it got stuck on one of the days we were ordering, and the cashier couldn't add it manually.
During our stay in Newport, the smoothies here made my body feel healthy and happy. Perfect for my birthday weekend.
We will be back when we are in town!
Please consider a Las Vegas location, we were craving it yesterday
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever had anything like this before, but they seem like fancy parfaits. No complaints there! You walk in, order your "base", and add toppings like granola, all sorts of different fruits, and other toppings including nuts and seeds.
It was a little bland initially. I had to mix everything together really well just to get to the flavor, but once I did, it was very tasty.
I ordered peanut butter sauce to be drizzled on top, expecting to really enjoy it, but I don't know what I was thinking. It was pretty gross. Fortunately, the staff was very understanding, and quickly remade my order with no fuss. (edit: I just didn't like peanut butter with fruit, that was my mistake, there was nothing inherently wrong with the peanut butter sauce)
The restaurant itself has some really nice seating options, with some art hung on the walls, and plenty of outdoor tables to enjoy the weather from. This is really not my kind of cuisine, normally, but there was plenty of variety, and I was easily able to find something I enjoyed. Aside from the parfaits, there's quite a sizeable selection of smoothies, all of which sounded really tasty. It's a bit of a hike for me to get there, but if I'm ever in the area, and hankering for a parfait, I'll know just where to go.
Four stars because it's just not my kind of place, I had gone with some friends. If I were really into super foods, this place would probably be my...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethe place is good. It has a variety of flavors to prepare your bowl. the toppings you can choose to your liking have a variety of granola, fruit. I highly recommend the dragon chia. The first time I went I was attended by a very kind boy. The second time I went, the girls who were there chose me fruit already watered down. I told the girl you can change my strawberry nor do I look at it and throw it away. The strawberry looked in bad condition when I looked at it. she gave me to understand that she was aware of the state of the fruit. After that she gave me attitude and did not replace the strawberry that I retired. I had to tell her if I changed my mango it looked very green. The girl really showed an annoyed attitude for asking her if she gave me better fruit than the one she chose for me. it is a very healthy eating idea. and the place is very clean and nice presentation. The bowl is more than $ 15 the one I buy. one expects fruit in good condition and ready to eat. With attitudes like the last time I went, good places are...
