I still remember the day my husband went to sign up at CF Whittier. I told him to leave me out of it because I don't want to sign up (I didn't like gyms lol)... We walked in and were greeted by Yvette, Steven and other members with huge smiles and excitement. It just felt like a community right away - not just a gym. I've been obsessed with the gym since that day. It doesn't matter if you've never lifted weights like me or if you have experience like my husband. The Coaches are always there to help you wherever you are in your fitness journey. I've never had muscles in my life but being a part of this gym has made me want to be STRONG. I love that my kids are now able to see that not only Dad can be strong with muscles, Mom can too! In my two week visit at CrossFit Whittier, I can wholeheartedly affirm that this place is above quintessence standard. Every coach demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm and dedication to their class and are highly knowledgeable in all areas such as technique and mobility. I was well recieved by all members, largely due to the camaraderie and fun atmosphere I immediately felt walking through those doors. The cleanliness of the facility is well maintained and the amount of equipment is adequate for classes 15+. There is also a variety of programs offered such as Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Burnt etc all of which go into making you a well-rounded athlete. Before you go to any other CrossFit local gym, I strongly recommend to give this one a try! You wont regret it! I look forward to visiting plenty more when I to return Whittier,...

I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Whittier. Every trainer I’ve worked with — Ashley, Mikey, and Ivan — has been absolutely the best. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to be your best while making sure you’re moving safely.

I also really appreciated how Victoria led such a thorough warm-up, it made a huge difference in how I felt for workouts. Even though I’ve never personally had a class led by Steven or Lauren, they were always incredibly inviting and friendly whenever I was around.

Overall, the entire team has created a fantastic environment that anyone can enjoy and feel comfortable in, whether you’re brand new or experienced. Highly recommend CrossFit...
