Tacos N Miches — Restaurant in Whittier

Not sure if it has changed or not but was searching for a restaurant down the street to try and this place came out which I never reviewed at the time I went a year ago. Waiter was nice but our party wanted different drinks amd because of that we couldn't get bottomless Miches. Kevin said we had to sit on the other side of restaurant to get our bottomless drinks and he was super dude and said he refused to give us service, asked for manager he said I'm the manager and walked away. Went up to him and ask for an explanation and he said to leave his restaurant that he was refusing to serve us. We drove from the San Fernando valley just to try this place. My fiancee and i had dinner at Tacos & Miches : uptown Whittier last Friday. the location is spacious but cozy. lots of seating of various types: barstools, standard tables and picnic style bench seating at tables. the food was super awesome -scientific term- we had the Queso Fundido, Mexican Fries, and Carne Asada Tacos along with Chicharon Tacos, along with delicious Chips and 3 types of Salsa....all was so good that we will definitely be coming back to eat more deliciousness.....and you should go there too.... the service was super awesome as well -see above for scientific terminology- Dominic, Tiffany and Monique cook and serve up delicious food. we will be back for sure....maybe we will...

I never post reviews on google, but this is the first time in a long long time that I genuinely didn’t like the food. I ordered what they call Mexican fries which is meat, with cheese guacamole and pico de Gallo. And it was a cluster of food mixed terribly, I also bought my girlfriend chicken flautas, and they were soggy and tasteless, 10 dollars for 4 flautas with no beans and rice too.
