Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

*I forgot to update this review. We called the next day, I talked to the manager at that time, Ashley. She said she would give us one of the drinks free, I wanted to have all 3 replaced since we didn’t drink the coffees the night before. They tasted horrible. I talked with the lady at the front, she was so sweet, I showed her the pictures from the night before. She went to talk with Ashley, since Ashley didn’t want to come to the front. After a few minutes of explaining to Ashley what had happened, Ashley ok’d 3 replaced drinks. The lady then made the 3 we originally wanted. They were so good. * Original review Went tonight with two coupons for the free medium iced or hot coffee. Got at the drive thru at 11:20pm. I wanted 2 medium iced coffees with the coupons, and pay for a large iced coffee. My daughter wanted peanut butter cookie, and my son and I wanted coconut Carmel flavoring. We sat there until 12am, because she couldn’t figure out how to ring it up, even after talking to the manager. She finally had me talk to him, and was able to figure it out. Then when she handed me the drinks I noticed they were all 3\4 of the way filled! Didn’t even tell us which coffee was which. This was our first time at Baskin-Robbins and I will try it one more time but if it's not any better it will be my last visit there. We went there at 1 AM. Yes it was late but I wanted a sunday, I ordered a hot fudge Sunday and was told I couldn't get a single dip Sunday because I asked for a browine. So we paid almost $7 for what they called a double dip but it wasn't the ice cream wasn't full scoops and maybe one teaspoon of hot fudge, I'm sorry but if I ordered a hot fudge double dip I want my hot fudge and my full double dip. I felt like I was eating a brownie with a lot of whip cream. Then my husband wanted a cinnamon roll they said we don't have those made, so he ordered a apple fritter, guess what they didn't have those made either so he asked what do you have made all they had was glazed donuts, now I'm sorry if you go to baskin robbins/ Duncan donuts and they are open 24 hours a day I expect to get a good hot fudge Sunday for $7 and any kind of donut they make. The total cost was $9.17 for a brownie with whip cream and two tiny donuts. We recently moved to Texas and are staying in an extended stay hotel nearby. My toddler and I just walked over to get some ice cream. This is the worst baskin robins I have ever been to and the worst customer service I have experienced since we’ve been here. We walked in and stood in front of the ice cream counter for 5 minutes with out a single one of the 4 employees working saying anything to us. The store was empty and there was one car in the drive thru. My toddler was getting fussy because she wanted ice cream! We went to the register and asked the guy standing there if he takes our order he said no order at the ice cream counter. We walked back over and stood there for another 5 minutes before someone finally asked what we wanted. She had to ask twice what I said. All I ordered was a kids scoop in a dish.
