RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This was absolutely the worst meal that I have ever gotten from Rib Crib. Very disappointed! The only good part of the meal were the ribs. The coleslaw didn't seem to have any kind of dressing in it and who wants to just eat raw cabbage dry... The fries I'm pretty sure were left over from lunch due to how cold they were... None of us could eat the housemade chips because they were so hard we couldn't even bite them. Our server was great though so he got a decent tip. We know it was not his fault at all. They didn't even tell him that they were out of potato salad until after we ordered and he turned the ticket in. He did keep apologizing to us about the food and offered to have them remake our food. But again, it was not his fault. And because we needed to get home since we had a baby and a toddler who were both tired we decided not to have to wait for our food again. But this is the second time we have received a pitiful meal from there so we will not be going back again. And it's sad because we used to love...

I'm really kind of disappointed this round this is normally one of my favorite places to eat but the service was absolutely horrendous we didn't get any refills and we only got checked on one time and that was it so we actually wanted to order more food to take home and also wanted to order drinks but we didn't have a server around so we didn't do thatthe food is absolutely fantastic is always been wonderful but if you can get a good server than it's going to be an excellent visit for you this is the only reason why I gave three stars because to me the service also makes the restaurant I'm a little disappointed and oddly it wasn't even lunchtime there was only there was only one table with two adults and three children and then there were two tables with one individual at each one and there was another waitress that was doing an awesome job I kind of wish she waited on us instead of the server that we had unfortunately it was a big disappointment this round and the sad thing was is it...

I'm from South Texas. The first time I tried, Rib Crib was in Iowa about 2 years ago it was so delicious,clean, and excellent service.So when i had to travel to Wichita seen they had Rib Crib in Texas was very exciting. Considering we don't have this down South. Unfortunately, as we got seated right next to the entrance, there were so many flies. We asked to get moved. They cleaned us up a booth. Left the table and booth very wet. I went to the bathroom as we waited to order. You can see flies as you walk through the lobby flying everywhere and the same in the bathroom. Finally got out order in after some good wait. We received our meal and never got out chips and salsa. Never given napkins, utensils. The story goes on, unfortunately, more bad service. The sad thing is that the food is great. But the service is terrible and it's disgusting. Such a disappointment Considering being a Texan, I expected more since it's was amazing in Iowa. They can defenlity clean up...
