Iam absolutely outraged. I have never experienced such terrible service, disrespect and ignorance from a manager named Jessica at store #31183 In wichita falls tx. I did an online order for a 12 piece meal and a $10 Shrimp Sea Share. Husband went in to get food brought out to check and had no shrimp. Went in to be told to contact corporate for a refund. I took it back in and explained what happened and while dealing with the manager Chris, another employee(come to find out wad also a manager jessica) laughed at me 3x when I was trying to figure out why and how and what they could do to replace the $10. Told me she didn't know where I ordered but they couldn't do anything for me. I said I know that was not true and I was dealing with Chris and he heard and said he would vouch for the disrespect and unprofessional behavior she displayed to me in from of other customers. He was very professional but she continued to talk badly to the other employee and talk over Chris and i's conversation being so rude and disrespectful. She should not be working there with customers let alone in a management role. I just wanted $10 in some kind of food since I already paid online(order #43167061) I did not need to be laughed at and told they couldn't do anything for me and treated so terribly. Chris also informed me that they don't get a phone number or name even though it is required online. If so they could have called and informed me and avoided the entire situation by offering or heading the problem off. If the online system doesn't match the system in store (ex. $10 Sea share) these issues need to be dealt with not just avoided and hoped the customer doesn't notice or stealing $10 from them by not providing them something in exchange or a refund. Read moreI'd like to first say that I understand the staff are likely stressed. When the new building was finished their drive-thru line alone was so long it wrapped out onto the street. I can imagine it's been incredibly busy since reopening, but the service was awful. When we visited, the drive-tru line wasn't very long, and I don't really mind a long wait when the place is busy, but it took 30 minutes to get to the speaker to order. The girl who took our order barely spoke loud enough for us to hear, and then had attitude when I asked if she could repeat her question. I had to repeat our order several times. When we finally got to the window the women who took our money didn't say a word to us. She got our drink wrong. When we got home with the food, we were missing two sides, had no napkins, no condiments, and we were never asked if we needed these things. The fries were incredibly salty, and both the fries and the fish tasted like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I got the fish tacos which only had like 1/3 of a piece of fish in each, mostly just crust, and the sauce was watery like it had been thinned. Read moreBless her heart, we went through the drive thru on a Friday at lunchtime. The lady working the speaker and taking our drive thru order appeared to be the only employee working. Our food was fantastic, fresh, warm food warm, cold Cole slaw cold! There was a wait time and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. My lunch companion was able to see the lady working inside from her car window and verified that the employee was doing it all. Lunch buddy never saw another employee other than the overworked lady. She was cooking, she was running the register inside, taking orders inside, taking drive thru orders, made our drinks, remembered to ask and include condiments and handled the payment transaction for drive thru too. SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND TO BE RECOGNIZED for her ability to do it all.
