Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This is by far the worst and most disgusting pizza hut I have EVER ate at or ordered from. The inside is infested and just looks dirty. There was a fowl smell coming from the kitchen. Something told me not to order from here but i had starving kids at home. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! bad customer service, My chicken was undone,My pizza was cold, bread sticks were hard as rocks, delivery was an hour late, pizza had no sauce and 7 pepperonis. I Spoke to the manager "Lee" HE IS RUDE, very disrespectful, unethical, he couldn't even pull up my order in their system. He hung up in my face. Spoke to the general manager "Jamie" He finally found my order BUT he is just as BAD! I will NEVER order from here again. I have pictures of UNCOOKED chicken, and he refused to give me a refund, or replace my entire order. Worst freaking pizza place EVER. Me and my family dined in on 10/3. We will never be returning ever again. They literally were out of everything....didn't have salads, fountain drinks, and they literally gave me sweet tea that was 3 days old ( surprisingly they took it back and gave me a fresh cup...still that was unnecessary for tea to be that old) Like dang yall trying to poison me or what! Then after we got our pizza I went up to the front counter and said " Excuse me, may I get some sauces pls" and the lady completely ignores me and then I say " Ma'am" and she literally says " Hold on" with a slight attitude. If you're ok with accepting whatever they feel like giving you, then this Pizza Hut passes. I ask for extra sauce on the cheese pizza and not once has there been extra sauce. They offer to remake it but who has time for that and why not make it right the first time? I asked for napkins and was given a bag with plates. No napkins. The pick up window is NOT a drive-thru or a customer service window. I waited behind three cars with another behind me for 12 minutes without moving. If their pizza is not ready or they have an issue, they need to pull around. A truck ahead of me was able to drive down the curb and leave. Lucky! An apology for the long wait would have made it easier to swallow. But I just got a sauce less pizza with no napkins and...
