Me and my workers was there for lunch we go everyday for lunch they give me & my partner the wrong meals we ordered the shakes with the meals and they forgot to give Us the shakes , the only thing that was correct was the Fry's I called them to tell them right after I left I apologize they were nice about it & told me to come back they acknowledged that they made a mistake and they already knew about it , because I was on a schedule and I do construction I couldn't come back I called them today and they were being very negative it was a lady manager instead of apologizing and making it right she was asking me for a receipt and she was trying to make me wait 15 minutes to call another manager which I thought was unnecessary the store was all right they have great food very delicious but the way they handle business with the people the employees make it an unwelcoming environment and if the manager that answered the phone was giving me the runaround trying to investigate me as if I was a dishonest person that was very disrespectful on top of the error they made I lost my money and they added an insult how are you going to apologize and tell me to come back and pick up my right meals and then when I call your questioning my honesty. Being negative towards customers over two lousy meals it's very negative and very unwelcom I would never ever go there again to that particular store, if you want to hire managers and put them in your Braum's store they need to at least have professionalism and the basic common standards of respectful communication and welcoming atmosphere and environment when you hire managers that are not fit for the position not even educated enough to communicate in a fair way, very impolite kind of poor level of attitude & communication, trashy level of Streett Talk, and very negative to a point where it turns off your appetite I will go to Braum's again but definitely will never ever visit this store due to the experience with this particular manager, even if she wanted to say no and she can't do it and replace the meals she could have said it in a positive welcoming way but what she told me I needed to wait 15 minutes so that general manager can investigate I don't have 15 minutes to waste especially after our mistake they made and then they apologize for it and then they refuse to remake it so they took my money and they kept my food that is a loss maybe not that big of a loss but it is a loss for me on top of that the way of the communication was humiliating towards me and making me wait so most definitely I will not be visiting that store ever again they need to reevaluate the type of managers they put in that position and they need to watch the way to communicate with the customers, and instead of investigating my honesty and loyalty maybe you should check your honesty and loyalty to your customers given the meals they didn't order and then taking their money and not remaking it the right way so shame on you just have...
Read moreAt about 2 pm on Sunday 6/8/25, we used the drive-thru and ordered a bag of cheese burgers, large fries, a single dip chocolate in a waffle cone, that never got input,, and then spent 2 minutes of an wmployee asking which type of sundae, there are 4 on the menu board, finally the cashier said what fo you want on it, I guess asking what toppings wasn't covered in trsining. We might have thought of it had she not kept asking what type. We pull around pay and at that point a 2nd car pulls upto the drive thru menu, besides that no customers I drive thru. Of course we are brought the sundae that caused confusiobut no cone for me but they asked us to pull forward. I balked and of course the drive thru filled up, but it just r I inedible the moment when someone asks me to pull forward and doesn't give .e my ice cream yet has someone else's in their hand. I flatly refuse and asked for my money back. The window person instead of asking me what was wrong went to get a manager. If she had asked she could have walked over got my cone charged me and I probably would have pulled forward. It took about 4 minute before a surly manager came and gave us our money back and demanded the sundae back since he refunded the whole order, so magnanimous of him, so I grabbed ithe melted mess and as i srarted to hand it over he recoiled, as if I was gonna throw it and almost laughed and put in his hands. He told me to have a nice day, thise of you who drive for a living k ow what the hidden meaning is in rhat statement. I waited 2 days to post this to get perspective. I always try a d be as courteous as I can to fast food workers, but this store they need some retraining and a new manager. The customer is almost always wrong but you should try and make an effort to be polite. Cashier and Manaver need to find jobs they are better suited for. The poor window worker needs to be able deal wit issues and not run to a manager when there is a problem. Inshort, too late, if you want good, polite, quick service don't go to Braums on 47th Street. They either don't care or like being rude to customers, to be fair I was short and close to raising my voice but kept calm and firm. Last thing, again we were the only drive thru customers after we paid. Make them read the order back if you do go there....
Read moreSharing this review...hope the managers and CORPORATE see it. Before I even ordered my Bag of Cheeseburgers and DBL 1/4 Pounder meal, first thing I hear on the intercom is "All I have are 1's, 'cause everyone is paying in 20's". Oddly enough, with only 2 cars ahead of me, I still had to wait a few minutes to order my food. I get to the window, and it took 3-4 minutes for the attendant to make $3.08 in change, from my $20. Pulled up to the second window, and waited another 5 minutes to be told that they had to get more patties 'cause they ran out (4:54pm and the food should be prepped for the dinner rush, at minimum), and to pull forward to wait. No problem. TEN MINUTES LATER, bag of burgers and my meal show up. I figured at least 2 bags, but EVERYTHING was stuffed into one bag. I say thank you, pulled forward to grab a burger, and .... no ketchup for my fries, and not even a single napkin. But again, everything was in one bag. The positives... Always a delicious burger, and the fries are perfect. THIS IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES fault. It IS on the management, and even more so, at the corporate level. Train your people right, respect them with decent pay, and hold yourselves accountable. If the employee fails, that is YOUR failure. If they succeed, it is THEIR success, and they deserve a raise. NO ONE wants to work in a place that is UNDERSTAFFED with UNDERPAID employees. Offer better than $9/hr, decent and consistent working hours, and offer a full work week with benefits to those than NEED them. DO THE RIGHT...
