Casey's — Restaurant in Wichita

So this evening a little before 8:20 pm I hear a noise on my front porch. I go to the door and look out and see nothing. I open the door and sitting on my front porch is a pizza and two 2-liters from Casey's. I have never eaten at Casey's, so I step out and look in the bag. The receipt below is in the bag. I call the phone number on the receipt and explain to the "employee" who answers that a pizza and two 2-liters that I did not order have been left on my porch. I am told that it is not their responsibility and I should call grub hub. I say this phone number and the name Leydi are the only identifying information with the food. Once again I hear, "Not my responsibility call Grub Hub." Please notice that the receipt does in fact say Ubereats not Grub Hub. I have seen several people post they had problems with Grub Hub, but I wonder if the problem is in fact with Casey's employees. Obviously, I am not an employee of either one, so why is it my responsibility to figure out how to assist a Casey's CUSTOMER. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I would NEVER tell a good samaritan that they should fix a problem which is apparently ongoing with this particular location. Whoever was working on May 1, 2022 at 8:30 pm should not be doing customer service. What a milker. Obviously just there to get a paycheck... to heck with the company or the customers. Probably sleeps well about it too. Didn't even take my number or offer to give me the phone number...

Extremely unorganized. I went into the store to buy a pizza. After about 2 minutes of standing there waiting to order, with no other customers near the kitchen, I asked the girl at the counter how to order a pizza? She was very helpful in helping me. After waiting about 20 minutes in my car, I went back in to wait almost 3 minutes, while the 3 kitchen employees talked about how to cut a pizza. They realized I was standing there, and asked me what my name was. I told her and could see my pizza on the top of the oven. 2 out of the 3 cooks started looking at my pizza, while another clerk asked me what my name was. He went into the kitchen and stood there with my pizza in hand asking if there was another pizza for another customer. The girl who first helped me, seen that I was getting frustrated, grabbed the pizza from the other clerk and handed it to me. For a new store and the fact that they were not busy. I'm so thankful that I went specifically to this location today! I literally was so wrapped up in my own troubles and thoughts I came right in the back door smoking 🚬 a cigarette 🤢 and texting on my phone!!!!! I can't make this up! I immediately caught eyes with the employee trying her best just to take the trash out the same door! The words left my mouth before I even had a chance of thought 🤔. ( Oooo! * Hit I'm smoking!) She smiled yes, yes you are. I could go on and on about the next event that happened. They, I call them "Pink lollipop girl" and "Grand Pizza Mama of Love" literally saw the blood drain from my face in pure self perceived fear.
