ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! If I could give a zero I would
i tried to place an order thru the app and it said online ordering unavailable please call the store. So as I drive across town I'm attempting to call the store. By the time I made it to the store (while phone is still ringing 16.34 minutes) I walked in there was ONE customer browsing and the cashiere was on his phone with the phone CLEARLY RINGINGING it was ringing when I walked in.
I approached the kitchen ordering station and wasn't greeted for 3 minutes. I finally spoke up and said "excuse me may I order a pizza?" The kitchen staff (short Mexican chick with a lip piercing) whipped around and very rudely said "were not making anymore orders were closed" and I said well your online says open until 10....
She then started raising her voice going on about how their short staffed and behind... Okay so if I had to wait I would of been more then willing to wait.
When I asked how long the wait would be she YELLED and said I told you I'm not making any more orders. And when I said they should update their stuff or answer the phones to let customers know that she replied "well that's not my job I work the kitchen and I'm telling you we are closed" then when I asked to speak to a manager she said there was no one to speak to and to leave the store.w I told her I wasn't leaving without speaking to someone then she threatened to call the police
Didn't try to solve my problem, didn't try to deescalate the problem didn't offer a discount NOTHING
Finally one of the other staff heard the conversation and called the manager...I waited and then the manager came and was no more of help then the other lady Very rude, unprofessional, didn't see the kitchen staff wash their hands not ONE TIME the 40 minutes I was there.

Read moreIf I could give this particular location zero stars, I would, so the 1 star is only so I can post this review. This is by far the worst Casey’s location. Unfortunately I live near it and there isn’t any other Casey’s near. I love Casey’s pizza. I go there for my lunch break and/or dinner and if they happen to have pizza slices (which is rare) it is either way past it’s “best eaten by” time or cold. Every time, never fails. That isn’t the only issue though, the staffing and management or lack there of management is obviously very bad. If I knew this particular employees name I’d mention it here but she is incredibly rude and obviously hates her job and the customers that come in. Why bother having a fountain drink station when you guys don’t have drinks for it? It might as well be just an ice machine. Next; Is there not a fridge in the back somewhere for employees to put their personal drinks? Seeing half drank drinks in the coolers seems unsanitary and gross. This location needs shut down and turned into a QuickTrip or start over with an entire new crew...
Read moreWent in on last Saturday, two people working kitchen was dirty, tickets was filling up one worker in kitchen he was new didn't know what to do. I told him to call the kitchen manager they both answered she refused to come in and help. I say call the store manager they reply she called me in early so she can leave early. No coffee, one slice of pizza old pizza timed to go out at 2:30 it was 5:18. The other warmer had 3 things in it that was also old and the package was melting due to being in the warmer that long. Bathroom not clean, outside parking lot was horrible. Trash at the door when you walk in. No lottery it was 6 empty. Went to get 4 ice cups it was a mess on the counter and the guy was fixing the FCB machine it was a mess. Went to pay for the 4 ice and the lady said don't worry about it it's free. The store has completely changed in a year. I worked there 6 1/2 years never seen it like this before. They needed help but no one to call. That part hasn't changed. I felt bad for the two working on a Saturday busy day. I can guess not to much money made...
