So I ordered a late dinner over a month ago and it was delivered inedible. The stuffed cheesy bread was burnt to a crisp and the pizza that was supposed to have extra sauce had very light if any and was dry. Still not a big deal I trust dominos I've been a customer my whole life. On the exceptionally rare occasion there has ever been an issue the were always quick to make it right. I took pics and reported it through the app before making some soup and grilled cheese for dinner. The restaurant had closed already by the time the delivery made it to us. To my surprise no one ever called or emailed no communicate whatsoever. Maybe my message didn't go through I thought that must be the case. No it had indeed gone through and still radio silence on behalf of dominos so I shoot an email and finally about a week later get a message from corporate s Customer service explaining that they had referred the issue back to the franchisee to allow them the honor of making it right and ensuring my loyalty. Rest assured the franchisee will be reaching out anytime now check your spam I was told . A week has passed and I send another brief hey still no word to the email address I had been interacting with I'm now told that looking in to the issue she sees that the store remade my order and I should be contact with that what more did I expect for this to be resolved. ??? No they didn't and If they did it didnt go to me. I could tell she didn't believe me and now I get no response for over a week now. Who ever owns This location is dishonest and has no loyalty to their customers. Loyalty is something the restaurants rely on especially the pizza business. I am disappointed in dominos and angry at this franchisee for damaging the relationship I have with dominos and since they are my local store since moving here recently I'm looking a local pizza joint to take my one or two orders per week that this guy obviously doesnt want . Ordered tonight to see if it's any better it's been over a month and I still havent had the order replaced let's see if he makes me regret it or if it's like I thought just a bad night last time and a sorry lying franchisee who paints his customers to be the villain...shameful...
Read moreThe pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. Mr Kevin, the delivery man, was early with our delivery. He was polite, attentive, and delightful, probably because he knew he was about to change MY LIFE! The food (2 medium pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread) was hot! And I don't mean hot like normal pizza comes, I'm talking right out of the oven hot! The crust (and cheesy bread) was soft with a nice crunchy crust, not hard or tough, and it had this garlicky seasoning...Oooo dang! The cheese did the legit stringy thing when you take a bite and it stretches from your mouth to the pizza as you put it back on your plate, and you have to take your hand and break the string because it's not going to break anytime soon.
We haven't ordered from Domino's for like 10 years and we are pleasantly surprised with their quality. They got us good. We're all-in now! I only wish I had known how good our food was going to be, because I would have gotten dessert....
Read moreOur order was over 30 mins late and that was only because we went to the store an hour after ordering to find out what was going on. The lady working was very nice and told us they were about an hour and a half behind on all orders but would bump us to the top of the list. Once we finally got our pizzas, we headed home I ly to find out the order was wrong. My fault for not checking them before we left but gave the benefit of the doubt that they had it right. Tried to go back online and leave comments on the comment card but the order was never marked as "picked up" in their system so I was unable to do so. We drove 20 mins to pick up the pizza and didn't really feel it was worth it to drive all the way back considering the wait time. So we are out $40 for an order that was wrong. This is the second time this exact thing has happened at this location. Needless to say, we won't be returning. It's sad because they used to be worth the...
