The service was consumately professional, engaging, prompt & courteous. The food was very good, & staff was glad to bring my malted shake out before dinner was done cooking. HOWEVER, not one table was clean, & entire floor was greasy enough to cause everyone to slip & slide even @ slowed pace. I suspect they were either short staffed that day OR management needs to hire an attendant to do nothing other than constantly clean table tops, same with greasy dangerous floors. I will be a return customer & absolutely refer friends, family & acquaintances to enjoy Freddy's *provided the next time we return, the tables are clean & floors are safe... otherwise ~ not. My mom, 2 kids, and I went last night (July 24, 2022) around 5pm. We ordered 2 #1 combos (double steak burger), and 2 kids meals with chicken strips. Our burgers were so salty they burned our mouths, and the kids chicken strips were just small "nuggets" of mostly breading. We brought this up to the manager and they said they would remake our burgers, then brought out 2 singles, instead of doubles that we had ordered. We told the manager again, but since we were in a hurry we just accepted the singles and asked to be refunded the difference, which they did. The new burgers were super greasy and burnt pretty bad.
