Update 10/25/25 ☆Order# 110038 placed at 8:35pm. I stupidly decided to attempt it one more time and placed a pick up order via the app..as usual stuff was missing. They forgot my AuJou for my Beefeater AGAIN and my hummus that I paid extra for! So tired of this location. I'm done. Unless it's at a different location. If I'm eastside it's gonna be Jersy Mike's or McAllisters.

Update LAST VISIT 4/8/25 sadly I can't give anything lower than a one star. Got their new "burnt end sandwich" I don't know where they found their burn-ends but those are not burnt ends not even close. Just a whole bunch of dry chunks of beef, and unrendered fat. With the flavorless potato salad globbed on top and paper thin undercooked bacon. Horrible. And why the Everything bagel stuff on the bun? Don't waste your hard earned money on this mess. Went in the trash...heading over to Jersy Mikes.

Update: 2/3/24 ☆ I might still come for some drive though soup, but I'm done with this salad bar...it's terrible. Now not only is there not any pudding, mousse, or fruit, but still those terrible flavorless pasta salad, quinoa and mayo broccoli. but now there aren't any peas or cauliflower, and now there are baby carrots instead of shredded carrots. How are you supposed to put baby carrots on your salad? I'm done.

Update 3/7/23 : ☆☆ Now there's even less... no pudding, mousse, or fruit at all anymore. The new stuff is terrible. Quinoa, bland pasta salad...my favorite salad bar is becoming very average.

They are very careless with preparing the sandwiches. Build your own sandwich for nearly $10. Missing the correct meat, half the toppings and the dressings. Meat was so salty I couldn't eat it. Got the "combo" because they don't sell just the sandwich. So they charge even more for the sandwich and a measly bag of chips. If you're going to charge nearly $15 for a sandwich, at least make it right. That's the very least I would expect. Also if you make it wrong figure out a way to make it right. This new fad of making customers lose out on something they paid for and not making it whole is really getting old. Reordering the sandwich would cost me more than what I was refunded for the wrong food. Just terrible service.

Ordered again. Same pink meat that isn't even close to roast beef. I'm starting to think they are serving raw meat. Also they have no trouble putting every single ingredient into the computer. Even ones I didn't order. But they somehow can't put that on the sandwich. Put double cheese when I didn't order double. Left off the spinach, mushrooms, and literally half the ingredients I requested but hey they got the mustard this time. Just left off the mayo instead. What a joke. That's literally your whole job is making sandwiches. Somehow can't...

Jason's Deli on E. Rock Rd has changed locations in the last year or so, and I really wanted to check out the new building. I honestly forgot to take pictures of the interior, but I'll just say, I liked the old place in Bradley Fair. It was much more roomy and didn't look as fast foodish. They used to have paper menus, but now they just have a lit up billboard. They used to have free soft serve at the old location, and I didn't see anything like that today. My favorite sandwich place has changed so much. But what didn't change was the quality of the food. They still kept the same standards of the past. Never in my life have I ever ordered anything else other than the Beefeater from Jason's Deli. It's a French Dip type sandwich that comes with roast beef, provolone, mayo, and a side of au jus. This monster on bread reminded me of how much I love this place. I devoured this sandwich in probably less than 3 minutes. It was that good, and I wasn't even that hungry.
