I hadnt been here yet and I was in the area so I stopped in, yesterday at noon. All tables were full. Line was 8 people deep but it went quick. Everyone behind the counter were friendly, helpful and efficient. Mask were worn by all staff. And the places was clean. By the time we ordered tables opened up and we sat. My only complaint is the dining area small. We ordered # 13 The original Italian & # 56 big kahuna cheese steak. Cheesesteak was hot, fresh & tasty. Italian was classic & very good. They serve Stubborn root beer & cream soda. I'm not a fan of cream soda and I like this. I'll definitely be back for more.

Decided to try Jersey Mike’s upon recommendation of a friend. I had high expectations and the staff fulfilled those. The food tasted delicious. I especially liked the bread as it complimented the ingredients versus dominating the taste. I ate the Philly steak sandwich and enjoyed every bite. I brought half of the medium sandwich home and ate it the next day. (Pictured after a few more bites. 😋) Still tasty after a 15 second warm up in my microwave. Friendly staff. We arrived early and I’m glad we did. Before we left the line was out the door of people wanting a good lunch. Small, popular restaurant.

After seeing the ads on TV for years, I finally tried Jersey Mike's for the first time yesterday and this was one of, if not THE BEST sub sandwiches I have ever had! I tried the Club Supreme (#9) and the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak (#26), and they were both amazing. Two things really stuck out to me. Number one was the quality of the bread! It was soft, but also held up very well to the soaking of oil and vinegar when I got my Club "Mike's way" (which is the only way to get it I think!). Then the second was how the bacon was REAL bacon!! Not the flavorless microwave bacon you find at other places (like one's that start with "J" for instance). It was fabulous. And even though they were really busy, they kept the line moving quickly and I was in and out in no time flat! I am so happy they are finally in Wichita! I cannot wait to...

We walked into this location needing to kill 40 minutes, so seeing the sign on the door saying they were understaffed wasn't a problem. But we get in, and there are 7 people "working". There was a long line, and we soon figured out that it was because everyone was moving in slow motion. We waited for 20 minutes before we left. We finally left because there was one customer in front of us and she was not even acknowledged for like 5 minutes. There was not a single sandwich being made for those 5 minutes. Everyone was at their station either slowly cleaning or staring in front of them. I have low standards for fast food, but I couldn't stand there for any longer while 7 workers avoided eye contact and any actions that could be construed as sandwich...

Jersey Mike's has some of the best subs for the best value in town. I love their Veggie; it is far superior to the one from Firehouse and quickly surpassed Jimmy John's Veggie as my favorite. They don't hold back on the veggies, either: extra all the way! Four stars only because I have noticed some consistency issues at this location (ask for wheat, get white; missing items in a carry out order; once got the entire wrong sandwich all together) and they do tend to overdo The Juice (I want to taste it, but I don't want my sandwich drowning in it). Any time I've ever had an issue, the employees have always been very apologetic and fixed it promptly; customer service here is fantastic! All in all, I love Jersey Mike's!
