I love going to Scooter's for the friendly staff, unique and flavorful drinks, and the quick service. I will Def come back to this location. I used to frequent another location daily. My iced coffees were NEVER even cold at this other location and good half warm. The other location told me he "couldn't/wouldn't remake a drink". I didn't even drink it/headed to my Dr.

I used to be a Starbucks only girly. They always remake drinks if it's bad. So for scooters to say no to a remake... I won't go back to that location.
