If you are looking to enjoy b dub I strongly recommend skipping the east Location on N. Rock Rd. They have the most unprofessional staff and management we arrived about 7:45 this evening at first i thought it was going to be ok the waitress came over are drink order and she did bring our drinks pretty quick and that was the only good thing this short red hair witch did correctly she took our apatizer order the was the last time we saw her she stayed over behind the bar after 35 min still no apatizers never took our food order she came to are table and asked if I would like a refill ( it had been empty for over 15 minutes) I said no that I just wanted the bill for our drinks and to cancel the apatizer order she thought she would go off on me which caused me to do something I have never done before and that was to go off on her and let her know that she was a horrible server and that was the job for her she brought the bill for our drinks for 5 drinks 26.48 non alcoholic 3 softdrinks and 2 teas when I asked really about the bill she said well you don't like it take it to with buffalo wild wings I paid and went to the truck with my kids the wife stayed in and tried to talk to the manager ( if you really want to call him that ) the red hair waitress kept going over talking crap to my wife and friend with the so called manager standing there doing nothing other then to say don't worry about the bill the wife told him we already paid it they just wanted to tell how the waitress acted his only comment was well we have had problems getting good help and walked away from my wife. Totally unprofessional, so if you want a good experience at buffalo wild wings I strongly recommend going to the Location on North Maize Rd that is where we normally and from here on out will take our business they are polite and professional we have never had this kind of treatment and unprofessional behavior from them there the manager walks around making sure you are happy and...
Read moreWent for a bite before a movie, off peak hours so we figured it would be quick service. Yeah no...we walked in waited to be seated (in a virtually empty restaurant) two servers saw us, and not even a hello. We started to seat ourselves and finally a girl came over to us.. she started to seat us at the bar, we said no we wanted to booth, somewhere away from all the speakers. Because with nobody in there the music was really loud. Told our server we were going to the movie, so sje knew we were having to watch the time. Took forever to get our food (wings and side salads, nothing complicated) Barely had time to eat half of it before we had to go. Good thing AMC is just around the corner and shows 20-30 min of previews, Because by the time we got there and got our beverages, we barely made the movie. Look I can understand taking a little bit longer during Peak Rush Hour. But this was ridiculous there was nobody in there except maybe one or two other people when we got there. One of the girls was in a hurry to go home and handed our table off to a different girl. The second girl was really nice but the first one seemed irritated that we showed up as she was getting ready to leave. While we were eating we were watching the door and there was a group of about five or six people that stood there waiting to be seated or even seen, and nobody bothered to go over there and talk to them. They were still standing at the door as we left. I wouldn't say the quality of the food is worth the price unless they're running the all you can eat wings special. I was very excited to try a hamburger until I found out they were smash burgers, I hate smash burgers. So that one was a no good. I think I'll stick...
Read moreAbsolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've actually had multiple issues with this specific restaurant but the most recent one is what I'd like to write about. I called to place an order around 11:20pm. I tried calling multiple times but the phone rang and eventually would say "Sorry no one is available to take your call. Bye bye." Finally, someone picked up at 11:28pm and informed me that the kitchen was closed and I would not be able place in order. Although I had been trying for quite some time before that. I was confused why the kitchen would close 30 minutes early and the bar would only be open. Additionally, the woman on the phone was extremely rude when I asked questions for clarity. She said verbatim "I don't make the policy, what do you want me to do?" I asked for a manager and she informed me she was the service manager and her name was Cat but would not provide a last name because she "doesn't give that out." I'm not sure if this is the real policy because I was surprised how rude and defensive she was over the phone. However, if it is, so be it. I understand people want to go home and it's late but I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to, nor the way the issue was handled. I can't speak for the food as I didn't get any but I can't imagine the service is good nor are any issues resolved if this is the behavior of the "Service manager." Absolutely ridiculous.
Edit: I also forgot to add she told me "I'll let her know someone from Olive Garden stopped by" because I was in my uniform when I came inside to speak with someone. I'm not why this is important or how I'm supposed to take it but it sounded like a...
