I ordered an iced mocha with whip. It came out, and was leaking all over the place. I thought it could've just been from making it. Wiped it off and it kept coming out. Asked them for a different lid, they gave me a flat lid. Then continued to not help while I have all of it on my hands. Ask for another cup, still didn't help. And so I scooped off my whip cream and put on a flat lid. I'm more annoyed about the batista not offering any type of help with the mess of a drink she made.

The baristas working the noon shift today made me the best drink I have ever had from Starbucks! I’m a retired barista so my standards are high.
