Iāve been a Starbucks fan girl since I was in college. I even have a legit gold card. š
This used to be our go-to Starbucks for the last 5 or so years. Before the pandemic, this is the one I chose to sit at and do work. During the pandemic, we were in the drive-thru almost every day just to get out of the house and see a friendly face.
We loved this location for the consistency, quality and the friendly employees. These days, however, there seems to always be a problem. We actually order on the app thinking that will help our orders to be correct, but to no avail. We donāt get the extras we add to our orders and are charged for. Or we do not get the requested Blonde Roast. Or we get toffee flavor instead of caramel. Or the other day, I got a Frappuccino that literally tasted like there was no coffee in it. I almost feel like weāre being Punkād here. The cost has gone up a lot over the last few years, and so when youāre paying $5-$6 per drink, you expect to get what you order, at the very least.
There are normally a lot of nice people working here, despite the mistakes, but a few times lately, we have gotten an attitude when asked for the drink to be corrected. This is not the Starbucks that I have known and loved for the last 15+ years.
I have a feeling we arenāt the only ones who are having a difficult time with this Starbucks location, as they never seem to be busy anymore.

The menu is consistently changing every few months, which is normally good, however, they tend to remove popular items or those that you typically want when planning to stop after it's been a couple of months since your last visit. Food is tasty and filling, and they make your drink per request, I haven't had any baristas butcher our drinks or forget to add what's requested. The only negative is the customizability limitation on sandwiches and the removal of certain desirable menu items. Employees are usually friendly and soft-spoken when it comes to dining area closings etc. They are helpful, and they answer questions truthfully and understandably to those who may not understand the "Starbucks Lingo" per se. Everyday, the Danish is not warm because they make it to soon and let it sit 10 minutes while waiting for your drink and everyday there is never anything extra in my drink. Iām paying almost $7 for a drink that is never made correct. I understand there short staffed so I donāt ask for my drink to be made again. Itās not hard to read tho.
