So boom I ordered 2 Bahama Mamas. Smoothies were garbage. I went back to ask for a remake in an appropriate manner, of course. The manager/owner of the establishment comes to the front of the store to address my concerns. I asked if he could possibly remake the smoothies & to make sure that the containers are thoroughly clean (because the smoothies tasted like banana, which is not in the ingredient list). He became offended & told me that they are always clean. He insisted to take the original smoothies & to put them back in the mixer to āmake them betterā. Unsanitary. Red flag. I asked if I could just get them remade completely. He then proceeds to hassle me on the ONE other time I asked them to remake a smoothie for me in the past. Stating āthis is the last time Iāll remake it. If you donāt like the smoothie then order something else.ā I always order the same smoothie no matter what tropical smoothie establishment I go to. So today my son drop his smoothie he is only 2 years old, I told the owner that he accidentally dropped it, mind You I just just paid for it like just pay for it and he didnāt even drink it yet I asked him if I had to pay for it he told me he can only give me 20% off which crazy to me.
