I used to frequent this establishment at least once a week or so, but within the last year the service has gotten absolutely detestable. I've given them more than enough chances. Today will have been my last visit for the foreseeable future. Why? When I am asked what I would like on my sub I shouldn't have to say everything at least 5 times. Once should be sufficient. Also, I am addressed as "hun or hunny" continually, again and again after I have asked her to refrain from using that term. Extremely unprofessional team for the most part. I have gone later at night and been treated much better. No wonder this place has such a high turnover with employees. It's absolutely a toxic workplace not only for incoming patrons, I could only imagine how employees are treated by the manager. The product is good, but not worth the stress to go anymore.
Update: Usually after some time, these things fix themselves. However after a year of not giving them any of my business, I went back and still had same issues. I wasn't even acknowledged until about 10 minutes after I walked in (there was only 1 other person) They still address customers as "hunny" And I asked for everything again and still did not get everything. After leaving with my order that cost $25 for a small tuna on wheat bread only, no condiments, along with a tuna salad bowl with extra bacon extra cheese and extra onions. I had to repeat to the girl no extra bacon. When I arrived home, I thought back to how I literally watched this girl put a total onion on my salad, and literally, maybe two strips of bacon, and we won't even talk about the cheese! I subsequently called the store just now to find out what they considered extra bacon? And advised them that they gave me a whole onion! The girl that answered the phone was so rude I was shocked? She proceeded to ask me what exactly I was calling for? After I told her! Needless to say, I had to remiind her that I was the customer! So, I literally just hung up on her moments ago! Read moreI visited this location today and my experience was horrible. The young lady who served me was WONDERFUL! Love her customer service. Now let’s get down to the real problem. So oIwalked into an empty establishment. The manager Kyle looked at me and proceeded to speak and sweep to an employee. I kindly reminded him it would have been nice to be greeted! I was dinning with my friend who jokingly said “there is a sign that said it’s free sub day for senior citizens”. The manager was very closed off and short. The entire interaction was very unpleasant, he never once gave off friendly. The young lady was helpful explaining the menu and their popular items. We dined in and both my friend and I agreed the manager customer service was awful. I began to think if race played a factor for we are black women. I decided to ask the young for my receipt and the name of the manger Kyle intervened. Informing me, he overheard our conversation at the table && decided it was best to refund our order.
