I was really excited to finally have a ramen place in town, and I really wanted to like this place but nothing about it was good. We were seated quickly, but the man seating us was visibly annoyed, especially after he took us to our table and realized it was never cleaned from the last customer. Our server was very nice and friendly but very slow, so by the time he came to take our drink orders we knew everything we wanted for the evening already. It took over half an hour just to get our sodas. He came back very nonchalant, asking if we wanted refills, and when he realized he never brought the initial drinks he laughs it off and finally goes to get them. We got soup dumplings as the appetizer - they were okay, nothing to rave about. Another hour passes and we finally got our ramen. One pork, one tofu. They were absolutely flavorless. Nothing was seasoned and the kitchen here clearly has no experience in making this type of food. I couldn’t tell if the broth was just water or just straight up boxed broth from the grocery store, but it was horrendously disappointing. We’re watching people who came in over 30 minutes after us already receiving their food. And this costs almost $70. This is the most expensive ramen I’ve ever had, and by far the worst, flavorless I’ve ever had. It’s much more expensive than places who actually know what they’re doing. The only thing positive thing I can say is that the veggies in the ramen were fresh. But I’ll never come back here. Good ramen is a bit of a drive from here, but it’s not worth spending more at this place for a significantly worse price for a significantly...

This place definitely isn’t going to last if they don’t make any changes. We waited at least 30 minutes before we even got appetizers, and the place wasn’t full by any means. I got the “crab” rangoons as an appetizer. I’m putting “crab” in quotes because they were basically just cream cheese. The ramen itself was ok at best, they really skimped on the pork that was in it. Very tiny slices. But the service was the worst part. Not only extremely outrageous wait times, but the people in my group who didn’t have water were never asked if they wanted another drink. We were finished with our drinks before we even got our food, and the only way we got another drink other than the pitcher of water she brought to everyone who had water was if we asked for it. What’s even more sad is the waitress charged the wrong person for someone else’s drinks when he just had water and acted like it was no big deal. She offered to change it but we were so tired of being there that long we just accepted it. I had to ask 3 times for a to go box. The 3rd time was to a different waitress and she got it right away. The waitress we had clearly didn’t know what she was doing and acted very aloof the whole time. The prices on the menu didn’t reflect what we were charged, and the menu had very limited options to begin with. Definitely not what we were expecting from a new restaurant and definitely...

I've been very excited to try this place since I saw the sign posted months ago. Right now we have to travel out of town for Ramen, so having one in town is amazing. The minimalist decor is refreshing. The dinning room looked clean and new. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients in them. We order the tofu avocado salad, vegetable dumplings and the vegetarian Ramen. It was nice to know that you can sub out the Ramen noodles for rice noodles. The avocado was very hard and unripe. It was not a pleasant experience. The flavor of the dressing was delicious though. Our Ramen was also flavorless. The broth needs more seasoning or something in it. I asked for some spicy chili and Sriracha to add to it. The ingredients in the Ramen were nice and fresh, I did appreciate that. Although, watch the asparagus, some of the ends ended up in my bowl. Our vegetable dumplings were amazing. These were a pleasant surprise and would definitely order them again. I hope that this is a learning curve for this new restaurant and they read these reviews. I will give them another shot because I'm hoping next time our meal is...

Anyone who hasn’t given this 5 stars doesn’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to good food… which is honestly hard to come by in Williamsport. But this place has it. We had an amazing server and the food was outstanding. We were excited to come so we tried 6 different things on the menu. My friend and I travel all over the country and eat at the best restaurants we can find in every city… and this place has it. The seafood pancakes were outstanding. So were the sushi tacos. Light crispy with excellent flavor. Everything else was as just as good and we ended up taking food to go… it was THAT good. Ignore any poor review you read here. We need this place to stay Umi Noodles to stay in Williamsport. They also give you a scratch off ticket to win food toward next visit and the to go bag was the coolest.

The sushi tacos were good! The ramen left a lot to be desired. I always get an extra egg in my ramen no matter where I go, for whatever reason these were not marinated and it’s was $2 for half of an egg. I brought all of this up to the staff and they made it sound like this is all normal. Overall I’m on the fence about the experience. They’re a new restaurant so things happen. The restaurant is clean, wait times were minimal. Everyone was friendly. Hopefully in the future when things settle in it will be a better experience
