I’ve come to this location a few times over the last couple months, I try to avoid it when I can. There is only one friendly staff member there (young blonde). She will always tell you to have a great day and have a smile on her face, even the rough days. I’m not even sure if she still works there. Don’t bother trying to talk to them about anything other than your order, don’t ask them how there day is, they will ignore you or make it very obvious they have no customer service skills. I worked at a Dunkin and I know how busy it gets, but it wouldn’t be busy without your customers, you need to act like you care. Also notice every single time I pick my order up, it’s a mess. Whipped cream and/or chocolate drizzle all over the cup and/or the bag and it gets all over me. Today it was on both and their finger prints in chocolate all over the bag and then I got some on me grabbing it. Not the way to start my day. At least I don’t work in an office where you’re required to dress nicely as I would have gotten chocolate and whipped cream on me. Please do better. Be nicer, wipe cups down, if you get a bag messy, replace it. I don’t care how...
Read moreThe experience I just had at this Dunkin 4/5/24 was very unprofessional. I went to oder a small strawberry lemonade refresher. I wasn’t greeted nor asked what I wanted so I go up to the counter to ask the girl for this drink and in the rudest way possible she goes “we don’t have that” I said okay can I please get a strawberry refresher with coconut milk and she then goes “we don’t have that either, we have green tea only” there was a guy in the back and he goes “ we discontinued that” I then go okay I’ll get a vanilla bean Colada. After that she then doesn’t proceed to ask me if I want anything elce so I go and tell her I would like 4 munchkins. I pay for my order, and I go to the other end to pick it up. My drink wasn’t even filled all the way and I’m not one to complain so I left it as it and walked out. I am very upset with the way I was treated...
Read moreScary. Two "adults" and one minor were "running" the show. One said "adult" running the register was wearing a drink tray on her head as a hat, how sanitary. The other adult was manning sandwich station and seemed oblivious to a woman standing at the clearly labeled "pick up" area trying to take her order with him. The young girl working, clearly in training, struggled to make the beverages in my online order. She needed to be walked through each step but, as it was too busy, she was on her own. Definitely effected my order, the latte was terrible and I could barely taste any espresso. Scary to see who's running the show here, I would skip the stop here and keep trucking. Word of advice, wear your uniform (including visor) rather than a drink tray meant for customer's orders on your...
