Arby's — Restaurant in Willoughby

I was very disappointed with my experience. The ordering process was great, however, once I noticed an issue with the menu price vs what I was charged it went downhill. I saw that the price of the large potato cakes was improperly priced on the menu vs what was charged, their answer was oops I guess we forgot to change the menu price and there is nothing else we can do to reimburse the difference. Strike one. When I asked for sauces the First Lady was nice enough to ask how many was needed, however another co-worker picked up the tray and threw it on the counter and stated for me to just do it myself with an attitude. Strike two. Since I had a large order I wanted to make sure everything was in my bags. I stated that I was missing a chicken fingers and the same person who gave me an attitude about the sauces stated that she put everything in the bag and that I was wrong and of course with her attitude again. I showed her what was provided and she finally admitted she was wrong and forgot the chicken. Strike three. It might not seem like much but I did drop $61 and expected a better experience. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my order and there was only one person in front of me. I just hope that no one else gets this same experience. First time ordering online. I got there just after the assigned time of 8:42 for pick up. I went to the drive thru because I figured it would be easier. My Order was ready and in stapled bags with sealed drinks.

The food is of expected quality and I give that a 4 or 5 stars...

Follow through... SUCKED...

Chicken Pieces... With none of the dipping sauces I ordered...

Jalapeño Bites... With no Bronco Sauce...

French Dip... WITH NO DIP!!!

THAT'S JUST A REGULAR ROAST BEEF SANDWICH ON A LONG BUN... AND I HAD ALREADY ORDERED TWO OF THE REGULAR ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES!!!

I'm just looking at my dipless French Dip...

Not sure how to approach that when I have two backup Regular Roast Beef Sandwiches...

I don't mean to be Sheldon... But... Regular Roast Beef Sandwiches get Horsey Sauce... And French Dip... Gets DIP!!!

Let's not even start about... Jalapeño Bites... With no Bronco Sauce...

I'm too exasperated to go into something as simple and basic as Chicken Pieces gets Dipping Sauce...

First I want everyone to know I've been to this Arby"s location a numerous time in the past. The food was very good and service was also good, but since the new remodel of this location it went from one of the Best to the Worst Arbys. I ordered 5 Original Roast Beef Sandwiches. It took them 15 Mins to fulfill my order. The cashier kept on telling the people in the back " I need 5 Originals!" They came out one at a time between other orders. There were 3 people in Shirts and Ties barking orders. Not one of them went and helped.. This location has to learn what Team Work. Poor management skill equal poor subordinate skills. FYI: I did do the Customer Survey online and aired my problems. No one from this location called as they were suppose to.. If you way Arbys go to Any Other Location...
