It truly have a deep appreciation for a restaurant that has my food ready at the time that they say they’re gonna have it ready. I Placed an online order. I wasn’t even sure the food was going to be ready when I arrived at the restaurant because I ordered it on the way there. However, when I walk through the door, I was greeted by name for my order and handed hot food. When I got home, everything was packaged correctly and the order was exactly what I wanted. It’s terrible that this location just opened and is already off to such a bad start. Can’t even call the store to speak with them, get transferred to a foreign customer service line who takes your phone number to “call you back when they get a chance” like what? Who does that? We ordered one sandwich with 1 side of fries and drink for delivery and ONLY received the sandwich. Over $20 for a mediocre sandwich and can’t even get someone to call us back about our missing fries and drink. I wouldn’t have even minded if there was a way to get our money back or actually speak to someone...

Ive ordered from the Willoughby location a few times and honestly, i have nothing bad to say! The food is great everytime. Its not greasy, the ingredients are fresh, the bread is great! I never feel gross after eating the food. And they put it in cardboard boxes so the steam doesnt make the bread soggy! Genius! The best part is theyre extremely quick, accurate with modifications, and the prices are extremely fair for the quantity....
