Smoothie King — Restaurant in Willoughby

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I've tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves and they just seem to disappoint more and more. I ordered ahead once, and when I got there, they were closed. I reached out to the company for a refund, and never got one. Thank God my bank let me dispute the charge. They close randomly through our the week, without any rhyme or reason. They are slow moving and not very nice. I just ordered and when I tried to pay I cash...they had no change? When kind of business is this? This is the worst Smoothie King, we walked in at 8:38pm and was told they couldn’t take our order because they still had to clean up and be ready to close at 9pm. They say they are open until 9pm so that doesn’t even make sense. We ended up going to MentorAve Smoothie King and they took our order at 8:58pm. Never again will I even try to order from this Smoothie King location. It is one thing to have a legit reason you are closing early but to basically say you can’t take our order because you have to make sure you can close on time is ridiculous. Change your hours to say close at 8:30pm instead of 9pm and people won’t waste their time thinking they can show up at 8:30pm to order...

I’ve been to this location a few times and my bowls are usually good. I just left there less than an hour ago and I couldn’t help but to come leave a review. The lady who took my order and made my bowl was nice, but i’m trying to figure out what would make her think that topping the bowl with mushy brown bananas and soggy strawberries was okay??? I wish I would’ve seen it before I left the store because she definitely would’ve remade it. If im paying $12.98 for a bowl, I would GREATLY APPRECIATE if the fruit was...
