Sat and waited for our drinks And was never updated on their status Mind you There was only table in the store with customers It wasn’t busy at all during lunch They had plenty of staff to note

Our buzzer goes off for the food We get it and our food is cold Even tho the buzzer said it was ready Shouldn’t it be hot and fresh No The ingredients seemed canned and again cold Nothing was really cooked it seems Just prepared and thrown together I can do the same at home cheaper And better too tbh

After our drinks were no where to be seen So I ask on of the front of house people

She condescendingly said Oh they’re over there

By the register

Our drinks were made and had sat out the whole time by the register And no one bothered to say nothing about it

I like to get some of my drink down before I get my food As I’m sure most of y’all do as well My draft was warm and the salt had all dissolved into my beer My wife’s marg was a melt cf as well. I did sarcastically say “Wow thanks for letting us know” The lady had the nerve to take no accountability and say “Always my pleasure”

I don’t recommend this location at all

Any other I’ve had the food was amazing And the service actually gave a damn Especially cause fuzzys is always busy

This one had no excuse

Skip this one and save your $50

After being a frequent customer since this location opened, I will no longer be a customer. So much staff turnover I now feel like a stranger. The evening bartenders are rude. They even have a sign posted on the wall regarding tips and service. I always tip, but threatening those who are unable with no service is very unprofessional. One evening bartender walks in, and starts passing out "tip jars", which have never been used. She just slaps it down in from of customers who are already there. The other bartender spends more time on her phone with social media than she does with serving customers. The glasses are dirty and washed in dirty water, appears to be cold and there is food/lipstick frozen to the chilled glassware. "TIP" stands for "To Insure promptness" and is not guaranteed especially when you don't greet your customers and treat them like strangers. Clean it up. Queso is good. Chicken is dry. Pork was tasty. The look of the food was nice. Staff was super busy and not so friendly but overall the experience wasn't bad. The serve yourself method wasn't entirely understood but it was different. Customers are the waiters and it's a fast serving business but with everyone walking around it was very hard to get to the drink station. The layout of the restaurant is difficult to manage as is because the bar is at the ordering booth in the middle of the restaurant. The food you have to go get is at the back wall and is bordered by a wall with a skinny hallway for a whole bunch of people to walk in and out of.. confusing setup for a first time visitor and made me anxious to move fast to allow other people to get their food.. not sure if the place is my cup of tea.. But the sweet tea is good.. churros are hard and full of mushy stuff told em I should of got the sopapillas. Didn't offer...
