I'd like to start off by saying this is one of the nicest group of people in an office that I have met. Very attentive and caring! I actually enjoyed going there just to see them. Unfortunately I can't say the same about Dr Gaft. Dr Gaft in the end showed himself to be a bit dishonorable and unethical. He will take anyone who walks through the door as I saw with my own eyes and tell them that he can fix them with this decompression system. First he claims to be the maker and designer of this contraption. Secondly he tells you once you're fixed it's forever 10-15 years however long you're living. Sit in front of my face along with a friend of mine and told me if this didn't work I'll give you back the whole amount. When the time came to me being in such terrible shape that my knee had swollen too twice the size, I know I could not lift myself out of a chair nor could I seat myself on a commode without plopping down. When I told him this and I said I'd like my money back, he asked me if I had tried acupuncture! Seriously this was an insult! I trusted in him and now he's asking me to get acupuncture for a bone on bone knee. When I said if you feel you don't want to give me my money back then I have no choice but to go to court with it. I said if that happens you're going to end up paying more then I'm asking for. He laffed in my face and shook his head no and said that he's been doing this for 26 years. No wouldn't cost him more. After hearing such sass that completely turn my feelings around on Dr gaft. I wish I wouldn't have had to give this review but the truth is the truth. I told him on my six visit I didn't think it was working. He told me to keep going give it time. The more time I gave it the more I lost movement of my leg. I did receive a refund but it wasn't anywhere near the whole amount that he promised me in the beginning. In addition he never took an x-ray before or after. You have to fill format when you get in there I don't even see the purpose of it because he obviously didn't care. I'm sorry this is not a cure-all as they make it seem it will...
Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Woman at front desk is very arrogant and rude. Therapy for back does not work! Dr. GRAFF is a rip off, and will only see you at first consultation, to sell you in their scam. I came here as alternate to back surgery and blew thousands of dollars on a scam they sell you.
Also, The only reason this place has so many five star reviews is that they tell customers upon checkout to leave a good review and their adjustment for that day is free! They take advantage of working class people who can barely afford health services, for a fake reputation!
Response from the owner; Josh your facts are incorrect. You’ve never seen, nor asked to see Dr Graf. You’ve been in a handful of times, so you’ve spent a few hundred not thousands, and your last visit was more than 2 years ago. You had to wait 15 minutes and were impatient and rude. So rude that you made other patients uncomfortable. If the care is so bad and doesn’t work why did you come back? You’re upset and being childish with your review. Come in this week and let’s discuss. Dr. Aaron
Additional response from patient; First of all Dr. Aaron, a fact can not be incorrect, it is a thing that is known or proved to be true. Also, finding out you can not pull up my full history with your establishment is truly sad. I HAVE seen Dr. Graf, but I only saw him once during my assessment. I came to Spinal Care for months for "decompression therapy" hoping that it would alleviate my pain. I did wait 15 minutes in your lobby with my appointment, then was escorted to the back room to sit and wait for you, which I was told would be another 15 minutes. After being told that I said I am on my lunch break and I need to leave, I kindly asked for a refund and left. I never talked to any of your other patients and never said one thing that was rude or mean. Try watching your security cameras to see what I did, instead of listening to...
Read moreI have sciatica that will give me fair warning for a few days, but as a small business owner I just keep pushing it. The show must go on. Finally it rears it’s ugly head and when it does it’s pretty excruciating. It’s forced me to seek therapy about once a year. I often wait too long until mobility is an issue, rolling out of bed like I have a full body cast. I’ve seen 4 chiropractors in this town alone. The first three provided some relief through different techniques, but was always slow going. I’m super tight when in pain and most can’t adjust my hips when I’m in this situation, thusly scheduling daily visits until one of us breaks. I ran across Nikki Bailey’s reviews in search of relief a couple years ago. Her reviews were pretty unbelievable and I’m a sceptic, but I filled out the form and the office got back to me right away to get me in that day. Dr. Bailey took X-rays, discussed my problem and issues and adjusted things I didn’t even know I had and she made it seem easy. I’ve had to go a couple more times in the last couple of years which brings me to why I’m writing this review this morning. Last week I could feel it coming and I called to get in and she was booked. I sought other care last week. Twice. No relief. The weekend was brutal and I’ve been eating ibuprofen like Skittles. Monday Tracy got me in. Tuesday she saw me again Wednesday, this morning I rolled out of bed to make coffee and I just about made it to the bedroom door before I realized I was moving like me. And not in pain. Dr. Bailey is a gifted chiropractor. I’m so glad I found her....
