Great place only to be ruined by terrible service. We ordered wine and an extra large charcuterie board assuming we'd be there for a while and ordering several more glasses. After receiving these, the waiter never returned but instead stood at the bar bragging to several guests how he received his first negative review online after working there for years... He was swearing loudly and making fun of this previous customer. We waited and waited and waited for him to return, but he was too busy laughing and being vulgar with 2 other customers we can only assume were buddies of his. There were about 4 other groups of customers that were also forgotten about while he hung out.

We eventually decided we wanted to spend our evening elsewhere and had to go to the bar after failing to get his attention to get our bill. After asking for the bill the waiter was quite rude and short and seemed quite angry with us.

After reading other poor reviews of seemingly the same employee, I hope this venue re-evaluates his position. What a poor attitude and no respect...

I recently had the fortune of dining at the fabulous restaurant, "Fortunate Glass", and let me tell you, the name speaks volumes about the experience I had there. The food was nothing short of extraordinary! Every dish was a work of art, both in presentation and taste. The flavors danced on my taste buds like a ballerina on stage.

The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being both prompt and polite. They knew the menu inside out and were able to recommend the perfect dish to suit my cravings.
