Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Winchester

I never recvd any food since they refused to make a bacon egg and cheese bisquit with well done bacon, the same way I ordered it saturday 4-25-24, and as evidenced by my app - a hundred times before I have never experienced such abject, abhorrent customer service failure in my 60 yrs. The college campus entitled career student that 'helped' me (and i use that term damn loosely) was more worried about not doing what I requested up to and including telling me no, go somewhere else then - I said no problem....then a 'manager' (again I absolutely use that term loosely as hell as well) called me and he simply couldn't care less about my experience to be honest with you and he was perfectly fine with me taking my business elsewhere - it is a shame since I love Chic Fila values - too bad their employees do not embrace the same truths we hold dear...I bet if I said I have to have my pork well done due to my 'religion" they would be falling all over themselves to accommodate - that is ok - there are a lot of other restaurants that still prepare food the way customers request for it to be cooked - I just didnt know that well done bacon was an impossible ask for Chic fila now - I deal with the public everyday, all of my Winchester neighbors, I promise to go out of my way to share this experience with every breathing human I come into contact with from today forward. The quality of the food at Chick-fil-a is consistent and always yummy. The restaurant is always clean. Chick-fil-a has a high standard for service and their employees are always polite. If you have any problem at all they are very willing to fix it. The menu at Chick-fil-a has some healthy options available such as grilled chicken nuggets or the grilled version of the chicken sandwich which I really appreciate. Breakfast is delicious and comes in a few different forms with some healthier choices available there as well. Their iced coffee is one of the better iced coffees out there in my opinion. It actually tastes like coffee instead of liquified sugar. Plus they have waffle fries and I don't know who else has waffle fries! During our current odd times, Chick-fil-a is currently not allowing the option to dine-in. They have added increased service to their drive-thru to decrease wait times. We had no trouble there on our last visit although it was not at one of the peak times to eat. I believe you may also order online and they will deliver curbside which is a smart option because they do get really busy. You really can never go wrong at any Chick-fil-A. It's always good service, great food, and really nice employees. That's at any Chick-fil-A anywhere. This location in Shallotte NC on Highway #17 is just as awesome. They really promote a caring culture and try their best to accommodate any need you might have. One such visit a customer had an issue trying to redeem some points they accumulated, and the Manager took time to show the customer how to fix her issue. So this just proves the point of some people just come to work to collect a check, others come to work to make a difference. The drive thru is very fast and efficient and of course dining in is that way also. Always clean, and that bathrooms are well maintained too. Plenty of handicap parking spaces and handicap friendly. Everyone thinks Chick-fil-A is all about chicken meals. If you want a good salad check that out as well. They have a Great Cobb salad, it comes with cheese on it. If you have a dairy issue or food allergies, they can custom make something for you.
