Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

I have ordered from Dominos in Vegas 4 times. The Very first time I ordered the NYC style pizza to taste the difference from their Original and instantly became a fan. I Ordered it again sometime later and was not let down.

Unfortunately, I do not know now (after my last two experiences) if this is the store I originally ordered from.

Both times the Pizza tasted just like the original recipe in which was not satisfactory (being that I was expecting different). The first (of the last two times) I ordered Wings to go with my pizza with the instructions to be Very Very Very well done (verbatim).

After I recieved them (like they were put through only once) i called back and was given a Credit for my next order.

Last night 2/21/25 I decided it was time to order again, and before I had the disastrous call, I waited a total of 21 minutes before I could put my order in...21 minutes on two attempts. The first being 13 minute wait time, before I gave up, and thebsecond being 8 minutes before they finally answered.. And what was strange is that, someone picked up both times and let the phone just sit there as I Heard everyone in the store.

Immediately, the clerk that picked up the phone apologized so I asked if they were busy and he stated they were, so I understood and continued my order.. Half way through This man states he was Just a Driver and was helping the cooks.. I asked "If it was smart for me to order now" and he got offended and him and I began to argue...

When someone else came.on the phone (she was pleasant) not only did i get asked immediately if I were going to tip, but then she let me know she understands my frustration and will cook my food accordingly..... Needless to say my wings came undercooked again, and the pizza was the exact same Regular recipe I had last time...

Maybe it was a different location the first two times, but that is no excuse for the 21 minute wait and the Undercooked wings...beware ordering...

Tired of this Dominos honestly. The driver comes Jorge comes rarely to deliver but when he does he very rude this time was my final straw. He’s very rude from before he gives the pizza to about after, but after he stands around as if I am suppose to tip. Why would I tip for rude customer service. Anyways I noticed he provided me the wrong customers order and receipt so before he gets in the car and leave I inform him he gave me somebody else’s order (he heard me because he kept saying something like call the store) he leaves by the time I come back out with the order and receipt. I call the store 5 times and no one answers. Then he finally comes back realizing the order he gave me was someone else’s. I informed him you look at the receipt and said my name however on the receipt was someone else’s name. I also let him know how rude he is. I know every one makes mistakes but when you want to be nice because you messed up is not the way to go. However whom ever’s last name is Moreno and you ordered on 6/30/25 around 8:00 - 8:30 I want you to know I hope they took your pizza back to the store after giving me the pizza, we opened it and thought it was ours but it was not. Just for sanitation safety I hope he brought the pizza back to the store and they made you a fresh one. As I’m sure that is some kind of food hazard!!! I’m done with this dominoes after...

I never had a problem with them until today. 1 the delivery guy put the money in his pocket without asking me " the person handling him the money " if i wanted my change or even hand me my change. He walks away without making sure i check my order.The pizza was burn. Open the box my bbq sauce wasnt there. I call the place up and i wait 10 minutes just for them to pick up. My blood was already boiling. The guy who answered hands me over to john who made the pizza . John tells me theres nothing he can do only his general manager but she isnt there. He gives me her number and it was a fax number. John was rushing me off the phone telling me he cant do anything because he has a big order. I felt like me as a customer i wasnt important as well. He even said i could get another oder of pizza but im going to pay for delivery charge. I asked him why canf he just take it out of the change im suppose to get and he said my delivery guy is telling me another story. Yes my other half was at the door but he wasnt the one who place the order nor was he the one...
