This is the worst Arby's I have ever visited. My beef and cheddar was practically inedible and resembled dog food instead of the normal roast beef I expect. My husband's sliders were covered (on the outside) in sauce and they didn't even bother to put the right buns on them.
On top of that, they are the most unprofessional, combative group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Eric, the cashier, spent the entire visit I was there yelling at his co-workers and refusing to help. He was also cursing blatantly. The cooks on the line were too busy rolling their eyes and ignoring the girl working drive thru to make our food properly, and the manager was basically non-existent, despite several raised voices from her staff (I saw her once when a customer had a coupon issue, so I know it was at least a woman.) The only one who appeared to be doing her job was the girl on drive thru, and she was obviously frustrated with having to deal with them. It's sad when the only person willing to help out was someone who was off the clock and only stopping by to pick something up. He was handing out food because Eric (according to the very loud, vocal shout) 'didn't have the memory capabilities' to take more than one order, hand the orders out, and remember to clear the screen.
I have worked in fast food, in various places. This staff was completely out of touch with any sort of professionalism, and made our dine in experience both uncomfortable and inedible. I will never return there and will be telling friends and family to avoid the...

It took half an hour to get our food which was 4 Buffalo Chicken Sliders, 2 Small Fries, and an Orange Swirl Milkshake, and a Blueberry Lemonade. There was no one in the dining room when we ordered, 1 car in the drive thru. One person ordered after me. She sat in the dining room waiting. She said it felt as if she was in the twilight zone,.... because you would think when they have 3 employees and a manager that was hiding in her office, the order would come out quickly, and correct....WRONG!!! A woman that ordered on the app had to come inside twice because her order was incorrect. After waiting a half hour.... I get my food, and it is plain chicken, not Buffalo chicken.... We still didn't get our drinks.... I flag a guy down and he finally gets our drinks... the manager finally comes out of her office claiming the app order was incorrect that is why that ladies food was wrong....I ordered from the register, no excuse there. My order was ordered correct, it was made wrong. Now the lady behind me is annoyed cause she still didn't get her order. 2 sets of people walked in, and heard what was happening about the half hour waits and incorrect food, and they left without ordering anything. Word of advice....Hire a new manager, and clean house on the employees you have working, because they are all useless! Shame, I used to like Arby's. I won't be returning...

There is a worker at the Wind Gap Arby’s, short blond hair with glasses and was not wearing her name tag. She is the RUDEST human being I have ever met. I went through the drive through to place my order. I order a sandwich and then asked if it came with fries. She ignorantly said, No? Do you want them? I then said, yes please and she said “well ok now I have to delete everything and redo the entire order.” After a few minutes I was asked what else I wanted and said the same sandwich as the first but just a double. She then said, “it’s not the same actually” and proceeded to make snarky remarks about how I was inconveniencing her.I I have never had someone actually try to argue with me over a drive through order before and was shocked she would go that route. When I pulled up to the window, she did not say one word to me, no total no nothing. Gave me my food and closed the door. I am not going to lie, I checked my food because I wouldn’t put it past her doing something to it. I will never go there again just based on her service. It’s a shame people like her work where there should be somewhat good...
