I mean this in the nicest possible way. There was two employees last night working two girls and one guy. My husband and I came in after a long car ride to get some food. When we were ordering a small girl with dark hair was helping my husband first and did a great job, when the guy was taking the rest of his order my husband asked for a little more chicken in his burrito. This other girl with lighter hair came out of nowhere and said to stop putting more chicken and that he was going to get charged triple in a very rude manner. My husband was stunned the way she talked to not only him but her coworker. So he had snapped back to her unfortunately. Then she came to take my order but took over what the other girl with dark hair was doing with my order. And she had an attitude. She had asked me what I wanted I said a burrito with light brown rice 3/4 beans (bc they are spicy for me) and barbacoa. This employee was still focused on my husband and was mumbling under breath things that should be kept to yourself and messed up my order. I was hesitant to say anything to her because I didnt want her to snap at me. Once she finished with the first part of my order she handed it off to the guy and he completed my order and then had mumbled again to her male coworker. “I just got the ick” referring to my husband. I was honestly shocked by the customer service. Regardless if a customer was being impolite you still treat a customer with respect. You are an example to your other employees. If it were anyone else someone could not be having a good day and do something dangerous and put not only her coworkers in danger but customers as well. Everyone in the world works with people or sees people on a daily basis, so “customers aren’t always right” is true, but there’s ways to handle situations and this was not it. Not only was our experience with this employee horrible, but the food was also very cold :( shout out to the male and female with dark hair they didn’t act upon the situation and still treated us with respect. On our end we apologize for any rude conduct towards the employee, but we would like for her to gain this as experience and go forth with a better approach...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing and concerning experience at your location. On the night of 7/29-25 and 7/30/25, my partner and I ordered two chicken bowls, and when we got home, I noticed the chicken was undercooked, soft, soggy, and pink inside. I was disgusted and pulled out a piece that was clearly raw. As I checked further, I found a dead fly in my food. My partner’s bowl was the same, his chicken was raw as well. We decided to take the food back to the location to request a refund, but by the time we arrived, it was already closed. We spoke with a team member named Micha (I believe that was his name), who was very kind and understanding. He said since the system was already turned off for the night, we would need to return the next morning. He also offered us a refund and two replacement bowls, which we appreciated. When we returned the next evening, we explained the situation to a female employee. She said we could only get either a refund or a free bowl, not both. When the coworker from the night before explained the issue and how bad the situation was and I showed her photo proof of the raw chicken and the fly, she finally agreed to honor what was originally offered. However, she did so with a noticeably rude and annoyed attitude. When I thanked her and asked her to pass along my thanks to Micha, she just gave me a rude look and didn’t respond.Sadly, when we got home again, both replacement bowls were undercooked just like before. We ended up throwing them away. I’ve eaten at this location before and the food was never like this. This is clearly a recurring issue now, and combined with the poor customer service, I won’t be returning. This experience was extremely disappointing, both from a food safety perspective and the way I was treated as a customer. I hope this is addressed seriously because serving raw chicken and food with insects is...
Read moreWe were excited to try out this new Chipotle in our area but it’s a no-go. While ordering our food we noticed the gentleman working the grill moving throughout the kitchen handling dishes, cooking utensils, and placing metal containers in the hot bar where they prepare your food without changing his gloves before moving back to the grill. The self serve area for utensils, napkins, and drinks is already destroyed. The actual fork and spoon containers seemed to have been ripped out and there are just huge holes on the counter top. You also find this area speckled in little pieces of trash. Make sure to ask the cashier for utensils! They see you’re having a bowl but will not give you utensils. There seems a be a lot of employees at this location standing behind the counter, but not one is cleaning up. Perhaps wiping down tables, sweeping, etc. There’s limited seating at this location and there were already homeless holding up a table. They had huge piles of loose change spread out all over the table, playing cards, and trash all over the table. You’ll also need to ask for a bathroom code as the restrooms are locked down. If you go in the evenings, keep in mind that this little building has huge windows facing west and the sun setting heats this place up. Other reviews for location mention skimping on the food. 100% true. We’ll stick to our favorite Chipotle...
