Id give this resturant negative 5 stars if I could. I've eaten in BWW in California, Kansas, Texas, Virginia, and Tennessee. Not one time have a problem until my first time go in this one today. 3 guys came in minutes after I sat down and ordered a simple meal. And received their small buffet before I did. The waitress that took my order saw me look back at the guys receiving their collective meal before my sandwich and fries. She knew it was messed up and had a look of shame and guilt. There was no hey there was a delay. The guy and his family that came in after I did glanced at me after I glanced at those guys and their food going to them. How I know I'm not just seeing what I want to see, 3 different waitresses asked them if things are good. And if they needed anything while I waited. They passed me without saying or looking in my direction. And finally even after I received my food. The one waitress that took my order who also for sone reason also serviced that table two other waitresses were also servicing, waited until I was literally done and on the phone in conversation to ask am I okay and do I need desert or anything else. It seems they were very infatuated with one of the 3 guys. Or they were all 3 waitresses put more effort into servicing those guys in hopes of generating a collective tip they divvy between them. Than providing equalateral service to all patrons. Sadly Ive been to foreign and Arab countries that treated me like an actual paying customer. Upscale restaurants you pay $45 and up for a single meal, you get professionalism and attentiveness. I tip anywhere I go dine out typically 40% if Im serviced as a patron for basic service to 60%-70% if the service is excellent.
But not this BWW. I requested to sleak to the manager in a private area. She sits us in front of customers eating their meal. Maybe out of fear she chose a very unprofessional location to discuss the situation. The supposed manager raised her tone trying to defend her subordinate workers behaviors and villianize me. I had to explain to her the freaking manager of all people the wrong in waitresses playing favoritism and preferential treatment versus basic equal customer. When I called to get the resturant number they tried getting some guy to act as manager. Unless you like stupid games to come with your meal, eat here and leave fully dissatisfied. If youre a military service member eat on Fort Sam or whatever Joint base, this BWW worst military town resturant ever. You may have to wear your uniform to get some...
Read moreMy husband and I went to this location tonight and had one of the worst dining experiences, maybe our first clue that it wouldn't be pleasant was being put in a booth that was very uncomfortable. Even the server acknowledged it was a very small booth, we eventually moved to a table. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. We both ordered wings, mine traditional and his boneless. I ordered two different sauces, at least two of my wings were not sauced. My husband had the same issue. So we told the manager, just as a heads up, we weren't annoyed at this point. She brought out extra sides of sauce for both of us. After our wings were delivered, we never saw our server again. While we were eating, we noticed two dirty tables from customers who left shortly after we arrived. By the end of the meal, my husband had an empty drink sitting on the edge of the table...he had to ask the server for a refill. We got a dessert mainly because I'm a rewards user and it was free (this was the best part of the meal). When we got our bill, we had been charged for the additional sauces, which I contested and eventually it was removed. There were at least five dirty tables from customers who had already left. When we requested something (even the bill) it took longer than necessary. So much so that at least two customers who arrived after us received their bill and left before we did. Please also keep in mind that it was not busy at all, probably steady. In summation, the dirty tables, lack of quality check on saucing the wings, and just lack of sense of urgency from the server that made it a bad experience.
All I can say is....I'm so glad is Pluckers is coming to...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this review. I would say about 50% of the time, we get good service. But every time the food was good. We went in just now at 930, it was busy. The hostess seemingly ignored us and asked the two handsome men next to me and thankfully they told her we were here first. (Thanks guys). Then when I asked for somewhere to sit she said "you can sit in the bar" I asked if there were seats available and she said " you can look". Well then what's the point of a hostess? We waited 15 minutes, no one came so I told my brothers to come with me as we ask the hostess for another seat. She asked " how many?" As if she didn't remember that she just saw us. We waited as she scurried away, Where? Idk?? She just mumbled then left . Then the manager asks us again, I informed him of the above. Poor guy, seemed very nice and generally concerned. I saw him cleaning tables and taking out plates as his staff was huddled around like teenagers. ( maybe they were?? ) We waited at the booth another ten minutes. Then our waitress came, I can’t remember if it was Melissa or Marissa, rudely asked for our drinks. Left before I could get in a question . At this time I was already frustrated and asked her if she was in a hurry, she said no. Then she dropped our drinks on the table and walked away again. We didn't get straws. That's when I decided to leave. The manager was so nice about it all, tried to get us to stay but at that time we had been in the restaurant 40 MINUTES! so I decided to come to the stone oak location, 15 minutes away and we have a wonderful waitress, who has talked to us already more than the others waitress and...
