Don’t go to this location! Read the reviews. Overwhelmingly poor. Management doesn’t read the reviews and if they do, they ignore the repeated problems people have here.
Yet another regretful experience at this location. It’s been awhile because we stopped going due to poor customer service and even worse order accuracy.
Ordered 3 burgers all with double cheese… no cheese on any. Ordered large fries on all received small fries on all. No extra gravy. Normally IF I still go hereI check every single item for accuracy because they can not be trusted whatsoever to do this simplest of jobs. Today however I did not pick up the order.
I hope the fully automated McDonald’s works and that it becomes the norm in fast food. No more attitude, rudeness. Maybe order accuracy and quality control will finally become a real thing and missing simple things like cheese on a cheeseburger or, no patty at all (has happened more than once) will be a thing of the past. I work hard for every dollar I make and when I spend it on something I at least want the item I paid for! Then, maybe receive the item hot, fresh not squashed and sloppily put together. If I order a large fry I want the fries to fill the container or I would’ve bought a small or medium. Wrong or flat drinks, come on. Google needs to update the ability to leave zero stars. I can’t believe I actually have to check every bag, every burger every drink for ORDER ACCURACY!! I’m so sick of this! I checked at the window because somehow they ALWAYS screw up my 5 years olds order. Sure enough, missing the fries. They gave them to me. No “sorry about that”.
Got home, turns out my 10 year was also missing fries. Gave her mine. This is horrendous. The more technology and automation you would figure this would be an absolute no brainer for the fast food human employee. Person orders A, B, C you bag A, B, C! In the 70’s and 80’s I don’t recall this happening once much less every single time. It became a Joe Pesci joke in Lethal Weapon but now its standard operating procedure everywhere. Screw up nearly every order.
I can’t wait until full automation and these incapable workers are gone. If a machine screw up…full refund and correct the order. They never offer to make amends when you drive all the way back to the store to get what you paid for. Refund, free Item, discount on next order, sometimes not even a sorry about that. Not wasting my gas today.

I don't know if it's my bad stroke of luck or if my experiences from this particular establishment is a reflection of the employees working there. On every single visit or drive thru order in the past 6 months (about 4 times a month) I've always encountered issues with the service I've received. Almost always whoever I'm making an order with doesn't seem to have good listening skills as I have to repeat myself 3 times for a specific meal, and when they bring it to me it still ends up being wrong or missing something. Up until now I've always considered the employees were either new or nervous which I don't mind as people can make mistakes, but to have a similar experience on every visit is too much for a customer (and I don't receive this type of experience at any of the other Whataburger establishments in the surrounding area).
All of this was tolerable up until today where I experienced the most upsetting service by far. With the original order we received our meals, but of course, one of the burgers was missing something AS USUAL. But after we finished, we made another order to bring home to my brother who wanted something. So we waited about 20 minutes for the order to be prepared but then as they delivered the order they gave it to someone who LITERALLY walked into the restaurant and placed a similar order 2 minutes before they walked out with our order. So we had to speak to a manager who prepared our order again which took about another 10-15 minutes.
If this wasn't Whataburger and a different restaurant I would've gave this place a rating of 1/5, but considering Whatabruger makes good food I decided to be generous and give it 3 stars. But I am NEVER eating at this specific...
Read moreI tried giving this place a second chance and again they are complete failures. I preorder online and drove to pickup via drive thru. Pre-order means nothing to them they won't make it until you get there. I had already paid by the way. I declined their honey chicken biscuit they hawk onto their customers and told them I am just here to pickup my online order. I get to work open the bag a see they substituted those honey chicken biscuits instead of what I order. These people can't read. There was no verbal miscommunication. I called to ask for my refund. I don't eat chicken for breakfast. They wanted me to take a second breakfast, waste my expensive gas and time to go pick up the correct order. I ask them does your employer give you second breakfast breaks or allow you to come late to work? The second time I order via drive thru. They have no customers infront or behind me. They tell me to move my vehicle towards the white line they are just waiting for the cinnamon roll. I am there waiting for almost 15 minutes while other customers are getting their orders and going around. Finally I get my order open the bag at work and this time they forgot to include the cookie I paid for. I called them and again they want me to drive back and pick up the cookie. I asked for my refund and she said for me to drive back and show her my receipt. I told her she can refund me over the phone by giving her my order number and reviewing security cameras.
