Title: Unprofessional Behavior Marred an Otherwise Pleasant ExperienceI recently visitedsubway and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. While the male employee who assisted me was pleasant and helpful, the behavior of two other staff members was highly disappointing.Upon arrival, I noticed two female employees, one wearing bling glasses and the other with braids and glasses, smoking directly in front of the restaurant entrance. Not only was this a violation of basic etiquette, but it also created an uncomfortable environment as the smoke wafted towards the entrance, affecting both customers and employees inside. As someone who managed a Subway in my younger years, I understand the importance of maintaining a professional atmosphere for both employees and customers. Smoking right in front of the establishment's entrance is not only disrespectful but also a health hazard, particularly for those with sensitivities or medical conditions. While I appreciate the efforts of the male employee who provided excellent service, I urge [Name of the establishment] to address this issue promptly to ensure that such behavior does not recur. As a former subway manager myself, I know the importance of upholding high standards of professionalism, and I hope to see improvements in this regard in the future.Overall, my experience at subway was marred by this incident, but I remain hopeful that necessary steps will be taken to rectify the situation and ensure a more pleasant environment for...
Read moreThe service at this location is poor. 1st time I walked in the location, it was empty, 3 employees on duty behind the counter talking. Took 12 minutes to serve me after their discussion was finished. The sandwich was poorly made with very little spinach on a foot long and tomatoes very mushy and hardly any meat on a 3 meat sandwich. I threw it away. The 2nd time and 3rd times, i was advised they were too busy to serve any walk up customers. Today, again 3 employees. There were 2 behind the counter and 1 on the other side of the counter stopping me from coming in the store telling me they had too many online orders and couldn't serve me. Why not close the restaurant. Or maybe the individual who is busy telling people not to come in can get in and help those behind the counter instead of a job turning anyone who walks in away. It is quite disheartening to live in the area and get such horrible service. I'll drive the extra miles to never return to a restaurant that has employees that are running this establishment in such a poor...
Read more11/23/24: When I walked into subway it was empty. The two young ladies (one African American and the other was Caucasian) that worked the night shift had the worst customer service I have ever experience. They calling each other babe and rudely discussing how it was rude of my family to send me with 4 different sandwich orders. I had each sandwich organized so it could make the transaction go smoothly. They were just throwing the sandwiches together and complaining about doing my order. They barely completed one sandwich. I just kindly stated I didn’t want the sandwiches and left. I have never had a problem with this location until that night. The experience with those two ladies makes me never want subway again, especially if they’re the...
