McDonald's — Restaurant in Windham

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Ordered and paid at kiosk, took the table number and had a seat. Lots of commotion in the place from boys rough housing. Apparently as they had been waiting a long time for food. Just like everyone else in the dining area after waiting 20 minutes I went up in the small crowd forming around the counter, and asked for a refund so I could leave, I wasn't waiting any longer. Come to find out the people in the dining area when we arrived were still waiting to be served as well. Seems some had been waiting longer than a half hour. It was hard to get someone to come to the cash register for the refund, apparently they were too busy focusing on the drive through. I guess if you want to eat here you need to go through the drive through in order to get food, then you can bring it inside and sit down. I will not go to the dining area at this location again. There is no interest at all in having dine in customers. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come to the front to sign the silly refund area on...

As I drove up no one was in front of me or behind me. The person on the speaker said it would be a few minutes. I was waiting there for 8 minutes and tried speaking and asking if anyone was there. The female worker outside smoking/on her phone came over and started yelling at someone to take orders. Someone pulled up in the other lane and started ordering. I pulled up to the front placed my order and explained how long I was waiting. I finally got my order and noticed the workers were laughing. I was so upset I just left. When I got home and unwrapped my big mac it didn't have any meat, the fries were cold and half filled, the cheeseburger had bun and ketchup and the chicken nuggets were cold. This is not the first time I have complained about this location but now it is getting worse. Each time I try to give one more chance something like this happens. I am so frustrated and angry at the way this location treats people. How is the community suppose to trust a location like this if they keep treating...

This restaurant closes whenever they want to. When I asked an employee what time they close, he said that they close at 10:40. Weird, I know. Whoever is in the back making the sandwiches for dinner, they don't know what they're doing. My McRib was so smothered in bbq sauce, I couldn't pick it up with my hands. My double cheeseburger, one burger was going one way, and the other burger was going the other way, falling way off the bun. They are always out of something. Of course, they'll say they don't have ice cream, but also, they'll say they don't have large drinks, don't have ketchup, don't have any knives (which I know they give out knives for the pancakes and so forth), don't have large fries (if you have fries, how could you not have a large one?) The line is super long sometimes, while they purposely hold people at the speaker. Lunch does not start on time, either. This place seems like it is running unsupervised. Go to Mansfield instead because you can be sure that they are open, since...
